Oroku超王祿⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️純米原酒生酒中取り無濾過
ぺっほA couple drinking at home 🥂My husband's memorable 300th check-in party🎉!
The most popular 5-star Ôroku wine on tap 🎊
Ohroku is a really strange sake, it looks spicy but it is not, it looks hard to drink but it is easy to drink, it is not sweet at all, and it is a very hardy sake that is easy to drink while analyzing it 🧐.
No, I guess that's why it tastes so good 🥰.
Today, the sauce for the hors d'oeuvre roast beef happened to strike the super king roku 🎯 and the king roku melted into a delicious sweetness 🩷.
Perhaps it was the sweetness of the mirin, sweet soy sauce, onions, etc. that made up the sauce ‼️ The sake was so good that I hastily added fried horse mackerel, but I think it was not good for seafood type of food. I think it goes better with meat, olive oil, and peppery food.
Nice with the yuzu squid salted fish that I got as a gift from a women's party yesterday👍I wonder if citrus fruits go well with it? Pairing is deep~‼️
I'm shinsake3 for the impressions of individual sake 💕. ヤスベェGood evening, Phekho 😀.
Congratulations on your 300 check-ins ㊗️🎉🙋
Lately, especially, I've come to realize that the true value of a drink is tested when paired with a meal😇.
Congratulations on your Kiri number with a great drink 😇! ぺっほThank you Yasbay 🩷‼️ for your help, it's finally 300 🥰Oroku is spicy and bitter, but somehow we both got into it 🤭5 stars, and we may never see it again, so to celebrate, we are opening the 300 bottle today 🎊 ひなはなママGood morning, Pekho 😃!
Last night was a great pairing dish for a memorable day ❣️ roast beef 🥩 with a sauce that melts 🤤 the king's stipend 😍 meat over sea 🍖 was another discovery 💡 please keep trying different pairings 🥰. ぺっほHinaHanaMama 😍It was a pile of roast beef 👍This was my second time at Ohroku and my impressions last time were exactly the same! I felt the ideal that the brewery is aiming for ✨I will try new pairings 🥰I'm sure HinaHanaMama will have some ideas too ❤️ ジェイ&ノビィGood morning, Pekho 😃.
Congratulations to you and your wife on your 300 check-in ㊗️㊗️㊗️ 🎉 If we were to drink Mr. Wang Luk, we would choose sashimi only 😅Roast beef! I'll take your reference! ポンちゃんPekho, belated congrats on the 300 check-in for the two of you 🎉🎉🎉!
Roast beef for the King's Reward at ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐😻A wonderful celebration with a real King's atmosphere, both in drinks and food 😊.
shinsaku3Overall 10 (out of 10)
I chose this sake 🍶 for the 300th check-in milestone.
It has none of the sweet and tasty elements that I like, but for some reason I liked it.
But for some reason, I liked this one 🍶⛩️
I've been drinking a lot of good dry sake lately, so I thought I'd go back to the dry sake that I liked for the first time and enjoy this one on this occasion 😃.
It's still delicious for some reason🧐😋.
Clear, straight, crisp and dry👍.
No heaviness, no dullness.
But overwhelming presence
Hard taste!
I couldn't describe my third Oroku well again 😅.
It was served chilled!

I have an image of a very hard-core drink, but congratulations on reaching the milestone with such a drink 🎉🙋㊗️
I envy the two of you who can reach the "Kiri Number" with this kind of alcohol 😇. 熊谷 朋之Good evening, shinsaku3! 🙋
Congratulations on your 300th check-in! 🎉🎉🎉
It's great that you got a perfect score 💯 even though it's not your favorite sweet and tasty type 😁. ma-ki-Good evening, shinsaku3!
Congratulations on 300 check-ins 🎉.
You're a hard-ass 😲, aren't you, Mr. Wang Luk?
I love your milestone and your choice of full of exploration ✨.
Keep up the good drinking time with you and your wife 😋! ヒロshinsaku3, congratulations on your Kiri number ❗️300 check in ✅㊗️🎉 on your good one by Ohroku!
I agree with you very much that Ouboku-san is "hard-core" 🙂↕️ There is something about good sake that attracts me 🤗. ひなはなママGood morning, shinsaku3😃!
Congratulations on your 300 check-ins 🎊🎉㊗️Osoku👑 for the anniversary sake👑You liked it for the first time and it was a dry sake❣️You can never forget a sake that you have feelings for 🥰. MantaHello shinsaku ^_^
Congratulations on 300 check-ins 🎉!
As a person who likes to drink with food, this kind of sake is very useful✨
I'm planning to go to Yokozeki tomorrow, so I might buy some Oroku 😊. shinsaku3Hi Yasbay 😃.
Thank you very much 😊
We had a lot of trouble with Pekho and I about the 300 milestone drink, but in the end we decided on this guy who seems to be not only hardcore but also grateful😅. shinsaku3Hi Tomoyuki Kumagai 😃.
Thank you 😊
Yes, I think somehow I'm clicking into some part of my tastes that I'm not aware of 😅.
I'll have to drink a few bottles to figure it out! (LOL!) shinsaku3Hi ma-ki-😃.
Thank you 😊
Why is it delicious? I don't know, Pekho and I....
We drank most of it just for impressions 😅. shinsaku3Hi Hiro 😃.
Thank you 😊
It is still "hardcore", isn't it? 😃
Really ‼️ good sake has some kind of gravitational pull 😃.
Ohroku.......................................something is in it! 😅
Only because Shimane Prefecture is where the gods gather: ⛩️ shinsaku3Hi Hina Hana Mama 😃.
Thank you 😊
I remember the first time I drank it, I felt it was good 😋 but at the same time I wondered why it tasted so good 😅.
I'll have to drink more and more to figure it out ⁉️ shinsaku3Hi Manta😃.
Thank you very much 😊
I hope you will be able to get your hands on some Oroku 😃.
I'm going out to Tokyo right now and on my way back I'm planning to stop by Yamada-san, a sake merchant in Ikebukuro that sells Oroku 😁. ジェイ&ノビィGood morning shinsaku3😃!
Congratulations on your 300 check-in at the hard-core Oroku ㊗️㊗️㊗️ 🎉Why is it delicious is a great compliment 🤗We're becoming a drinking heron 😅I'll have to take you out! shinsaku3Hi Jay & Nobby😃.
Thank you 😊
We would love to have Jay & Nobby, who like dry types, to drink ❗️ Oroku🍶.
I'm also having the 2nd day of today's Oroku with Yamama,
Delicious 😋. Masaaki Sapporoshinsaku3Thank you as always 👍Congratulations on the 300 check-in, even though it's late 🎊Congratulations on the super king record of 5 stars and a good number 😋.

flos_lingua_estI drank this sake last year or the year before. I remember it was very tasty. I wonder how different it will be this year from the last time I drank it.
On the first day, it had a vigorous mouthfeel with a slight effervescence. The body is more solid than the alcohol content, and this is probably what surprised me the most. Was it like this last time? It seems to me that the thickness of the flavor is due to the origami. They must be making this wine very well.
The aroma of vinegared banana and magic ink is very pleasant, and compared to other sakes, it is wonderful that it is not harsh in contrast to its strength. It is the same when you drink it, and even though it is a vinegar-iso-ish sake, it is neither too harsh nor too mellow, and it has a very exquisite saltiness that makes it unique in its details.
Still, if I had to pick a similar sake, it would be "Abe". It's delicious...I mean, I like it.
From the second day, it gives the impression of being a more solidly structured sake, but it also has the lightness of a 13% sake, which is a wonderful quality.
It was tighter than the last time I drank it, but I felt it had more character than the last time. It is as delicious as ever!

flos_lingua_estWhen I went to buy a certain sake that I had requested to reserve, I found a tasting event at Choshu Shuzo, which is famous for Amami. Normally, I tend to skip tastings, and Tenbi is not one of my favorite sakes, but something about it made me think and I was drawn to try it. He had never had a Hakuten before...only Momoten and Aoten. I tasted this one and was surprised at how good it tasted. Yes, I bought it!
Sake lees? Koji? It has a wonderful amazake-like aroma. I remember a few years ago, Ona's first squeezed sake had this kind of nuance... I hope they bring that back lol.
It has a gentle and beautiful sake quality with little miscellaneous taste and low acidity. It is a good sake to serve as a food sake. It has a fruity overtone and a sweet umami flavor of rice, like the honey of a delicious flower. It is a good match for light foods such as fish and vegetables. It would go well with meat as long as the seasoning is not too strong.
I have to admit that I had been avoiding Matsumoto Sake Brewery, famous for Sawaya Matsumoto, because of the resignation of its master brewer. But the brewery overcame that and continues to make sake that is as good as ever. I was very impressed! ジェイ&ノビィGood evening, flos_lingua_est😃.
Great review that makes me want to drink Amami again 🤗I hope everyone at Changshu Brewery reads it 🥹. flos_lingua_estGood evening, Jay & Nobby 🌙.
Thank you for your kind words: ☺️
I hope you get it...
I've tasted many of their wines and I personally think Amami is a particularly good fruity dry brewery! ヒロ☀️
It says limited to 50, but I didn't know what 50 was😅.
Oh well, I bought it 😆.
First the rice flavor 🌾.
A little astringency tightens it up.
I don't feel any sweetness when the sake is cold, but as the temperature rises, it becomes sweeter 😚.
The ginjo aroma is mellow 🤗.
It's simple but you can feel the umami deep inside the sake 😊.

flos_lingua_estI knew the name Kamo Kanehide, knew they had an interesting product, and knew that various famous liquor stores carried it, but I never had a chance to drink or buy it. This time I happened to see a rumor about it on Youtube and thought I would like to try it, so I bought it as soon as I saw it!
It has an interesting aroma of muscat and banana, which is refreshing but with a hint of alcohol.
There is a slight fizzy feeling when you drink it. Is this fire-infused? LOL It has a freshness to it! But it also has a calmness...amazing!
The fresh aroma and light mouthfeel are typical of 13%. The sweetness, umami, and acidity are very well balanced. Not only is it light, but it also has a good amount of bitterness, so it has depth. However, the bitterness is not so much that it bothers me, so it is basically smooth.
It has the quality of a standard hi-iru sake, but it has a certain amount of roundness without the harshness of a raw sake. It is fruity, but it is not just a sweet sake.
The price is moderate, so if you are in need of a good sake, just drink this one. ハリーTakachiyo 59 Hachitan Nishiki
Polishing ratio 59%, alcoholic content 16
Always a pleasure to drink Takachiyo!
Fresh aroma, delicious sweetness mix
It is exquisite and has a good sharpness.
I think I like it better than the Kaze no Mori we drank together. ハリーKaze no Mori Omachi 807
Kaze no Mori after a long time
There were so many kinds in the lineup that I couldn't decide which one to choose.
I chose the low milled 80% Yumachi.
Reasonably priced!
Fruity aroma, delicious, but a little sour than sweet.
but there is a little sourness rather than sweetness.
Sashimi, liver and albacore with ponzu sauce
Sashimi, anglerfish, fried egg, daikon salad, ginkgo nuts, etc. たっつんI haven't had it yet, but it's in the fridge and I'm looking forward to it, but which of the ones you had went best with it? ハリーHi Tatsun 😃
Personally, it went well with ginkgo and ankimo shirako ponzu, I hope you enjoy it 😊.
shinsaku3Overall 8 (out of 10)
We got our first sake from Osaka😃.
Only Miyazaki, Kagoshima and Okinawa left 😃.
Crisp, dry and straight 😋.
The image is clear but thick and heavy 👍.
The woody aroma you can feel from the beginning to the end is also good👍
We served it chilled.

Congratulations on your first Osaka sake & Akirika 🎉!
You are finally within range of winning the national championship ✨.
I'm also curious to see what's next 🎵
If it's dry and straight, it sounds like it would be easy to pair with a meal 😊. ジェイ&ノビィHello shinsaku3😃!
Congratulations on your first Osaka sake ㊗️ at Akirika like us 🎉Crisp and dry! The picture is in sharp focus too 🤗.
Ahh 😩 we're going to stay in that area at the end 😅.
Let's be patient 👋 shinsaku3Good evening, ma-ki-😃.
Thank you 😊
I'm very close to conquering the whole country 😃.
I've recently started to think that it's the dry type that goes well with food, rather than the sweet and tasty type 😅. shinsaku3Good evening Jay & Nobby 😃.
Thank you 😊
I took the picture before I got drunk this time, so it's sharp 🤣.
Yes, Miyazaki, Kagoshima, Okinawa,......seems to be a hurdle.... 😅 ジャイヴGood evening, shinsaku3 🌛.
Congratulations on your first sake in Osaka 🎉!
Only 3 more to go ✨.
Kagoshima is relatively easy to find, but Okinawa is closed right now, so you'd better get it as soon as you find it 😁. shinsaku3Good evening, Gyve 😃.
Thank you 😊
I see that the Okinawa brewery is closed 😲.
I'll try to find it intensively ❗️
Three more 🍶, I'll do my best 💪. shitakkeA new sake from an elegant crop. It has a gorgeous impression and a full-bodied sweet taste, but thanks to the fruity acidity, the sweetness is not very assertive. It is a little short of the new Saku wines of recent years. However, the flavor often takes over after the bottle is opened, so we look forward to more to come! ぺっほSince I had decided to drink O-roku-sama last night, the first thing that came to my mind was squid somen noodles and sesame tofu. I thought it would go well with Oroku's unique spicy and umami taste. I was right, it was a bingo 💖.
And my favorite, the garland chrysanthemum salad ✨, simply dressed with sesame oil, chicken broth, and shirasu (baby sardines), is simple but exquisitely delicious, and the harmony of the aroma of the sesame oil and the flavor of Oroku is also good. ‼️
What if there were unexpected fruity flavors? I also tried grilled bananas. I was convinced that the banana's slight acidity accentuated the alcoholic smell of Wang Luk and it was not good. ⤵️ Failure is also important 💪 Sprinkle a little salt on it to recover!
It's the last day of winter vacation, so the main course is beef fillet steak and cheese risotto❤️
Impressions of individual drinks are handled by shinsaku3 🩷. ひなはなママHi Peckho 😃Hello 😃Chungiku salad is so easy to make and I bet it tastes great! I think I can do this too 😍Grilled bananas can sometimes be a failure 😅I think I'll try to make it this year too 🥰 with the help of your recipe 🥰. ぺっほHinaHanaMama🩷Good evening! Pairing fiasco is also a fun experience 🤭 I'll try again with bananas sometime when I have a drink that seems to go well with it! I'm sure you'll enjoy it 😤.
Please try making it with garland chrysanthemum since it's in season too 🙏🥰🙏🙏🥰! ジェイ&ノビィGood morning, Pekho 😃!
I read shinsaku3's flavor review, saw the 3rd photo, and then continued to read Peckho's pairing! This flow is so easy to get into my head 🤗. ジャイヴGood morning, Mr. Peckho!
I think the sake of Shimane facing the Sea of Japan and [squid] in the middle of the year would go well with it 😁.
I've never used sesame tofu as an entrée, so I'd like to try it with something next time 🤔.
The meat looks delicious 🥩🤣! ぺっほJay & Nobby 🩷Good morning ‼️It's still difficult to comment on individual drinks 🤨it depends on food, time, temperature, and physical condition? But the pairing is what I'm in the mood for tonight, so I'm glad you enjoyed reading about it 🥰. ぺっほJive 🩷Good morning ‼️ I see 🧐It makes sense that it would fit with the specialties of the region where the sake was born, as it fits with the environment in which the creator and local consumers grew up ✨Sesame tofu, maybe ⭕️ for a sake that is not sour and needs a full body🥰. ポンちゃんPekho, here's another one 😊.
The garland chrysanthemum salad looks delicious! And it looks like it can be made right away😊It looks like a good chopstick rest for hot pot🎶. ぺっほPonchan 🩷2025 years major debut, I'm a first year lol 😆 please take care of me ‼️ I can eat a heap of garland chrysanthemum salad with sesame oil 😍I wish you many delicious drinks this year too 🙏.

It doesn't have any of the sweet and tasty elements I like, but for some reason I liked it.
But for some reason I liked this sake, which is named after the "king" of Shimane, where the gods gather 🍶⛩️
According to the description
It has a beautiful acidity and a luscious sweetness that leaves a graceful aftertaste.
According to the description, it is "a sake with beautiful acidity and sweetness that leaves a graceful aftertaste.
Unlike the description ⁉️, it is not sweet, but it is delicious 😋.
Clear, straight, crisp and dry with no clutter👍.
The spicy taste is not brought out by alcohol, but purely from the rice.
Again, I can't describe it well, but that's the impression I got 😋.
We served it chilled.

I'm also too jealous of your combination👬 with Mr. Peckho: ‼️ ジェイ&ノビィGood morning, shinsaku3!
It's true that we don't have the same image of "luscious sweetness" 🤔It's been a long time since we had the first bottle 😅I might take you out for the first time in a while! ジャイヴGood morning, shinsaku3!
I too have an image of "Ohroku" as dry 🤔.
I'm sure you'll be able to find a good review of each sake and pairing since you started checking them out this year 😁. shinsaku3Good evening, Mr. Muro 😃.
Thank you 😊
I think this Oroku is very good, but it's hard to describe how good it is 😅.
I think it's good, but it's hard to describe how good it is 😅. shinsaku3Hi Jay & Nobby 😃.
Yes, it was delicious 🔍👀, although I didn't find any sweetness in the drink 🔍👀, but it was delicious👍.
If you see it, please get it and let us know what you think ❗️🍶😃 shinsaku3Hi Jive, good evening.
Thank you 😊
It's still dry, isn't it? ❗️ Ohroku
It looks like you've woken up to enjoy sake even more by finding the perfect pairing, Pekho-san 😅. 大嶺3粒 冬のおとずれ ohmine 3grain原酒おりがらみ shitakkeThe first bottle of the New Year is fresh and crisp! The softness of the taste, while resembling a slightly carbonated mouthfeel, reminds us that it is not a sake at all. Also, I wonder if the ori is connected to its umami. The alcohol content is 14.5%. It is light and easy to drink. Personally, it is becoming one of my favorite winter sake. ハリーMimuro Sugi Jungin Unfiltered Nama-shu Orikarami
Fruity aroma, good mouthfeel
Slightly low alcohol due to moderate ogara

This is the first time for me to taste this one, surprisingly acidic.
I think it is a dry sake.
shinsaku3Overall 9 (out of 10)
This is my first sake from Shimane 🍶.
According to the website, no filtration, at most one time fire-fermentation, stored at -5℃ (distributors are also required to keep the temperature at -5℃😳), no blending, no sales except to distributors.
We always want to be a sake with the style of a champion.
This is a very hard-core sake brewery!
Delicious 😋.
Dry sake with bitterness as the main taste: ❗️ hard-core ‼️
No sweet and tasty elements at all: ❗️
As a lover of sweet and tasty sake, this should not be my favorite flavor,
But for some reason, I don't find it to be my weak point at all.
It is a strange taste that makes you keep drinking it as if you were bowing down before the king.
It is indeed a sake from Shimane, the land of the gods 😐.
It's hard to describe, but it's delicious 😋.
I served it chilled.

(5 is the maximum) ぺっほA new sensation! It looks hot, not spicy, not sweet. The aroma reveals that it is by bitterness and minerality. And it has a sharpness that you don't even notice! Maybe that's why it is 17.5 degrees Celsius, but it's a strange sensation to be able to drink it smoothly. A surprising sake! ジェイ&ノビィGood morning, shinsaku3 & Pekho 😃.
Our first Shimane sake was a small bottle of Ohroku from here 😌I liked it sweet at the time 😋 but this one reminded me of my love for dry 😚. ジャイヴGood morning, shinsakud3 and Pekho!
I think the first Shimane sake would be "Oroku", I was the same 😁.
I wonder if it's because it's a place where the gods gather, so it's mainly for local consumption and there's not much of it in circulation 🤔. shinsaku3Good evening, Jay & Nobby 😃.
So your first visit to Shimane was to Oroku 😃.
We are starting to come across a lot of good dry sake lately too,
So there's a good chance you'll like the dry one too 😅. shinsaku3Good evening, Jive 😃.
I see your first Shimane was Oroku, Jive-san 😃.
This austere atmosphere, dry, name with a king, the land where the gods gather.
I was a little nervous 😅 but it was delicious 😋. TonyI bought this sake at the Tokyo store of a well-known sake shop in Hiroshima, because it was known as a "food sake" and was restocked due to its popularity!
It was easy to drink while still having the strength of a sake that is hard to believe it is a ogara-mi sake, and sake and food went well together 😯. かずきOpened November 16, 2024

Very thick ^ ^.
It's unique, but some people are addicted to this. ☺️ のんだくれIt is a stable Machida Sake Brewery!
It was a cosy sake for 1,300 yen.
It was chili fresh and very tasty.
No photo, but a senior employee of mine bought a bottle of Machida Brewery's MM Spider at Mashidaya in Tochigi, and it had a crown that was blown off and was very shwashy.
