I bought this sake at the Tokyo store of a well-known sake shop in Hiroshima, because it was known as a "food sake" and was restocked due to its popularity! It was easy to drink while still having the strength of a sake that is hard to believe it is a ogara-mi sake, and sake and food went well together 😯.

It is a stable Machida Sake Brewery! It was a cosy sake for 1,300 yen. It was chili fresh and very tasty. No photo, but a senior employee of mine bought a bottle of Machida Brewery's MM Spider at Mashidaya in Tochigi, and it had a crown that was blown off and was very shwashy. They make interesting sake!

Opened October 30, 2024 Purchased at Seibu Department Store, Sake Sho Yamada Last time was Houraisen, followed by Hourai. Sake made from 100% Omachi rice Mild sweetness spreads in the mouth, followed by a pleasant acidity that is well balanced. A bottle that I opened and drank through in a matter of seconds. I must remind you... On the first day, it was very fizzy and dry, even pungent; after the second day, the usual muscat aroma came through, and the last glass on the fourth day had a nice harmony of sweetness and acidity, thanks to the oli that had accumulated. I have never been a fan of sake injected with carbon dioxide gas, as it seems a bit artificial compared to sake with stronger gas or secondary fermentation in the bottle, but I really enjoyed the changes that could be felt over time. It's been a while since I've had a micro-bubble of Tasake, too.

The bitterness and astringency remain as a lingering aftertaste to reduce dullness. I got such an impression! It is not sharp, but it has a clear and distinct taste 😋. I served it chilled. I was impressed by the aroma.  -Aroma: Slight ginjo aroma 👍  -The aroma is a little bit sour. I bought this sake because it was recommended by a familiar clerk at a liquor store on my way home. The sake had a light aroma with a hint of sweetness from the rice, and the sweetness rushed to the palate and was quickly quenched by the spiciness. As time passed, the spiciness became more pronounced.
