It had a rich aroma, sweetness, and umami that only a kijozo sake can have, and it was just so refreshing that I never got tired of drinking it!

The aroma is subtle, the spreading umami and sweetness is firm, and the spiciness is subtle and sharp.

I bought this sake because it was recommended by a familiar clerk at a liquor store on my way home. The sake had a light aroma with a hint of sweetness from the rice, and the sweetness rushed to the palate and was quickly quenched by the spiciness. As time passed, the spiciness became more pronounced.

I ordered this sake on the recommendation of the owner of my favorite restaurant. The sake reminded me of Jyushiyo exactly as it says on the label (from the mouthfeel), although this sake was lighter overall...

I opened a bottle of sake recommended by the owner of a familiar restaurant. The sake had a fruity aroma and the richness of Watanobune was strongly expressed, but it was not heavy, and it was refreshing with a tangy spiciness.

A sake trip to Ibaraki, where many of the brands I have recently enjoyed drinking at izakaya (Japanese style pubs) are delicious. The first sake was a familiar one, Takeyuki. It has a yogurt-like aroma, a full-bodied but not too sweet taste, and a slight spiciness in the aftertaste that leaves you feeling refreshed.

The aroma was subtle, and in the mouth it had a moderate sweetness and a bitter taste at the end, followed by a refreshing finish.
