It was the first time in a while that the family went out for a drink since the cram school was closed on Sunday. Following beer, we compared three kinds of sake. Yamada-Nishiki" is polished to 50% of the rice and is mild, pear-like, and fruity. Delicious. ☺️ We paired it with beef sagari and chicken skin.

I stopped by on my way home from work for the first time in a while, tasted it, and bought it after being told it was not widely available in Fukuoka. It is easy to drink with an apple-like aroma and refreshing acidity. It is sweet, so it goes well with sweet dishes. The "Occasional" (special moment) series, brewed only once a year, is made from 100% Omachi. I was torn between the red and white Kangiku. This sake is brewed beautifully under the leadership of the young 6th generation master brewer Ryunosuke Furudate, making the most of the rice flavor. I bought it last Saturday and opened the bottle after family badminton 🏸 the next day. The color is clear, the aroma is sweet, and the taste gives the impression of standard sake. One week passed ... On my way home from work... I was torn between the Junmai Ganki and this one, which has a lower alcohol content in the 14% range 😊. Beware of spewing! and bought it, and they also put a cooler in it. I went home, took a picture and put it in the fridge. It had a screw type lid, so I tried to open it carefully, but it spurted out with a pusher💦. Sweep the floor and desk... Delicious with a refreshing carbonation. The sake level is about -12, which means it is quite sweet, but it does not feel so sweet and refreshing. Good balance of sweetness and sourness. It is said that one can enjoy the marriage with fruits and desserts. We had it with sauteed chicken for dinner. Day 2 Since yesterday was the supernatant, today we shook the bottle slowly, mixed the clear supernatant with the cloudy mash part, and slowly opened the cork and poured it into a glass. White, creamy, with a strong rice flavor and sweetness, even more delicious. ☺️ Rice polishing ratio 60 Alcohol content 14deg. 300㎖ 825 yen (tax included)

After the second drink, we ordered a set of three tasting sake. We were told that Ryoufu is only available here. It is easy to drink and delicious with a fruity sweetness. ❣️ The "hot salad with colorful vegetables" and "fried eggplant and tofu" are also delicious. I forgot to take pictures of the dishes💦. Bunraku Tozo was opened in 2008 by the Northwest Brewery of Bunraku and Tozo, a buckwheat noodle and a la carte restaurant. We made a reservation and visited at 5:30 p.m. By 6 p.m. the restaurant was almost full. About 2 degrees lower in alcohol, AGEO LIGHT is fruity and easy to drink. It is sweet but finishes clean and tastes great after a second. The kampachi sashimi is also very tasty. The water is sake brewing water (Chichibu groundwater) and it is delicious. Fukuoka ⇨ Haneda in the morning ✈️ Harajuku and Takeshita-dori are crowded with people. I went to a store next to a sake brewery to buy some sake from Ageo. I went to a shop next to a sake brewery to buy some sake from Ageo. It is a delicious Junmai Daiginjo-shu with fruity rice flavor and mellow elegance. ❣️ Even my father-in-law, who doesn't usually drink sake, said it was delicious. ☺️ He prepared sushi and it goes well with it. The kids said there was a green onion in the bath, but it was an iris. It was my first time to take a bath in an iris bath, and it helped me get rid of the fatigue of walking all day. 100% Yamadanishiki from Hyogo Prefecture Rice polishing ratio 40 Alcohol content 15 180㎖ 814 yen (tax included)

Since it was Friday, I stopped by to buy something to take home and found that Hana-no-Rusu was having a sake tasting, a popular sake at the sake brewery opening 😊. Hana no Dew: Shiboritate Junmai Daiginjyo Nama Genjyu A blue bottle of freshly pressed Junmai Daiginjo-nama sake, which seems to sell out every year at the Jojima Sake Biraki. It has a gorgeous aroma, a delicious rice flavor, and a clean throat. Hana no Dew Junmai Ginjo Shiboritate Nama Sake Local Yamada-Nishiki produced in Jojima is polished to 55%, giving this sake an elegant aroma and an easy-to-drink taste. Hana-no-Dew Nama-no-Nama-Shu Freshly squeezed and easy to drink. The 15% alcohol content was too much for my tired body. This first tasting was an ume (plum) sake made with a junmai (pure rice) sake base and apple juice added. I could drink this one today. I don't know if I can put it here 💦 extra notes. Day 3: Even more drinkable and tasty with carbonated water 😊. Paired with mackerel mentaiko and freshly made mentaiko that I bought at a mentaiko factory event. Alcohol content: 8 or more but less than 9 degrees 720㎖ ¥1,540

This is a representative brand of a sake brewery founded in 1745 in Jojima, Kurume City, Fukuoka Prefecture. I bought it because of the description and the design of the label, which I noticed was "gone" ("no-naru" in Hakata dialect). It is a private brand sold exclusively through liquor stores. Mild aroma, sharp 🧐. Not my favorite on day 1💦. A little easier to drink on day 3. Finally, on the weekend, I bought it on my way home from work to say goodnight for the week. I just transferred to work and there are so many delicious looking restaurants on my commute route. I buy only sake and go home without giving in to temptation 😊. Here's something light to drink. It has a gorgeous aroma like melon🍈 or la france, a fizzy feeling, and a deliciously smooth and sweet flavor! Hozasu" is a native breed of Kumamoto's Edo Higo rice, which has recently been revived from only 40 seeds. It has a wilder image than the Yamada-Nishiki we had previously. We paired it with grilled ishiki. Day 2 The carbonation has gone out a bit, but the taste is still as good as ever. We paired it with mizutaki, a local dish of Hakata. My husband, who usually only drinks beer, also drank some and it was gone 💦. At a drink outside. I will be working here until the end of this week😥. The first drink was a bottle of shochu, and the second was Koei Kiku Anastasia Green, which I hadn't had yet. I couldn't take a picture of the bottle when we were out drinking 💦 so here's a reminder. It has a refreshing aroma like grapefruit, fruity sweetness like green apple, and is easy to drink and delicious! We paired it with bonito tataki, avocado slices, and dashimaki egg.

The second drink of the farewell party was... It will be a memorable 100 check-in, so I was wondering about it, but since it was so special, he recommended it to me and here it is. My first No. 6, and this time I even got a picture of the bottle 😊. Smells like strawberries, fruity and delicious💕. Sorry for my lack of vocabulary💦. The chicken kamaei is too good too. I had a pain in the back of my left chest this morning, so I went to work at my place of employment but was sent to the hospital for blood tests, EKG, and x-rays. The blood test was normal except for high total cholesterol: ☺️ Taken to a restaurant for a farewell party, oolong tea just in case, but there is a lot of sake I wanted to drink: ❣️ Just one glass and my first tasake. Today we had Sharaku and Denzake with 6 women. I am happy to see that everyone is discovering the taste of sake. I wish I had come earlier. Too bad I couldn't take a picture of the bottle, but it's fruity and my favorite.

We toasted with 🌸pineapple soda to celebrate my daughter's graduation from elementary school! The first drink was a sweet potato shochu "Issho", which I don't usually drink, and the second drink was this one. It is full of molasses, mellow, sweet and delicious. Easy to drink😊. I hear it is good cold or heated, but today I went with cold. Pair it with assorted sashimi, Hanamidori grilled chicken, Mackerel raw section potato salad, and seasonal tempura. I have a good appetite. ☺️

My husband was on a one-day business trip to Tokyo, so I asked him for some sake from Tokyo that he hadn't filled in on the map yet: ☺️ I gave him a memo 📝 with about 4 candidate brands after looking them up on Sake-no-Wawa and a liquor store that he could walk to from his office, but he said that was the only one in Tokyo there. I was in the neighborhood on Saturday, so I stopped by. There is a wide variety of Nabeshima here, and I got a bottle of Aizan, which I had wanted to try. I got it for Valentine's Day... But my husband almost never drinks sake, so it's for me ☺️ Sweet aroma when you open the bottle 💕 The rich sweetness is gorgeous on the palate. It is the most fruity and delicious of all Nabeshima sake. 4 days after opening the bottle, the sweetness is more pronounced and easier to drink 😊. Alcohol content: 16%.
