Here is the last of the sake tasting set.
This is Bunraku's dry brand "Oniwaka" honjozo sake.
Full-bodied, sharp and dry...hmmm, not my favorite 💦.
The dish was "Kamo Nikomi Soba" with thick and tasty duck.
The broth is thick.
I would like to go back next time I return home.
