We landed at Saga Airport and began our journey!
The seaweed fields in the Ariake Sea seen from the plane are quite spectacular!
I really wanted to go to Koeihiku Sake Brewery and take a picture with the big red letters "Koeihiku" outside, but unfortunately there wasn't enough time 🥲!
I also had plans to go to Wakanami, but still didn't have time 😭😭😭.
I failed to go to the places I wanted to go already on the first day of my trip 🧎.

All the accommodations we have booked are in the countryside and there are no restaurants nearby!
So we often buy alcohol at liquor stores and drink it back in our rooms😊.

Purchased when I went to Tosu on an errand.
It was the first time to visit this izakaya, and they carry most of Saga's sake.
The staff was kind enough to let me try some of their sake!
I chose Hizen Kurashin from among Saga's sake such as Koueikiku, Manrei, Miyanomatsu, and Amabuki.
The aroma is subdued, but has a fresh apple-like flavor!
Slightly gassy but rather dry!
There is no sweetness and it disappears quickly.
There is some acidity typical of Yamahai.

I was in the neighborhood on Saturday, so I stopped by.
There is a wide variety of Nabeshima here, and I got a bottle of Aizan, which I had wanted to try.
I got it for Valentine's Day... But my husband almost never drinks sake, so it's for me ☺️
Sweet aroma when you open the bottle 💕
The rich sweetness is gorgeous on the palate. It is the most fruity and delicious of all Nabeshima sake.
4 days after opening the bottle, the sweetness is more pronounced and easier to drink 😊.
