It was the first time to visit this izakaya, and they carry most of Saga's sake.
The staff was kind enough to let me try some of their sake!
I chose Hizen Kurashin from among Saga's sake such as Koueikiku, Manrei, Miyanomatsu, and Amabuki.
The aroma is subdued, but has a fresh apple-like flavor!
Slightly gassy but rather dry!
There is no sweetness and it disappears quickly.
There is some acidity typical of Yamahai. ジョセフィンI was in the neighborhood on Saturday, so I stopped by.
There is a wide variety of Nabeshima here, and I got a bottle of Aizan, which I had wanted to try.
I got it for Valentine's Day... But my husband almost never drinks sake, so it's for me ☺️
Sweet aroma when you open the bottle 💕
The rich sweetness is gorgeous on the palate. It is the most fruity and delicious of all Nabeshima sake.
4 days after opening the bottle, the sweetness is more pronounced and easier to drink 😊.
