ジョセフィンThe third sake I wanted to try was this one.
This sake is made from "Nikomaru," a variety of rice promoted for use as food in Nagasaki.
It has a slight cemedine-like aroma, a refined pear-like sweetness, and is delicious to sip and savor.
The chikuwa isobe-age (fried chikuwa fish) was also delicious~☺️ ジョセフィンThe second drink in the drinking comparison is my favorite, Wind Forest.
It is easy to drink, with a melon🍈 like aroma and a good balance of sweet and sour tastes.
The honey cheese dip is popular among women.
I will try to imitate this at home 😊. ジョセフィンIt was the first time in a while that the family went out for a drink since the cram school was closed on Sunday.
Following beer, we compared three kinds of sake.
Yamada-Nishiki" is polished to 50% of the rice and is mild, pear-like, and fruity. Delicious. ☺️
We paired it with beef sagari and chicken skin. ジョセフィンThis is the third glass of the comparison. The umami taste of rice spreads in the mouth, and although it is dry, it is easy to drink and has a deep flavor.
It is served with torikawa (chicken skin) with sweet sauce, anago (conger eel) fries, refined motsu-ni (simmered fish entrails), and sagari (fish cake). ジョセフィンHere is the second cup. Mildly sweet and delicious.
Served with fried pork belly and chikuwa isobe. ジョセフィンAroma like white grapes, sweet and delicious.
The first glass of the comparison is my favorite Kaze no Mori.
Pair it with a sesame flavor. RecommendedContentsSectionView.title
