Kyushu sake is delicious. And this sake is from Kurume. I'd like to try this sake with Kurume ramen.

Dark sweet and spicy, yet refreshing.
but the aftertaste is rich!
The word "No-Naru" means "to disappear" in Hakata dialect.
It's one of those bottles that you'll find yourself running out of.

Now here's a review of the sake I bought as a souvenir (I can't go on yet!)
I bought a bottle of Hana no Dew sake🍶 that was not available at Sakebar Fukuzo.
I was allowed to taste the sake at the store attached to the brewery (3rd photo) and bought the once-fired special pure sake since it was hand-carried.
The initial aroma is sweet like honey.
In the mouth, it has a full-bodied sweet flavor with a slightly classical acidity.
It goes well with dishes with strong flavors.
We drank Hana no Dew Josen when we had seiro-mushi (steamed eel) at Motoyoshiya in Yanagawa (4th photo), and it went well with the sweet and spicy flavor of the eel.
It was quite delicious 🍶✨.

Hi Matsuchiyo-san, nice to meet you. Hana-no-Dew has a strong, rich flavor and, as you say, goes well with dishes with strong flavors. Motoyoshiya is delicious, isn't it? Whenever I go to Yanagawa, I go here too 🚙.

I was born in Omuta, but this was my first time to try seiro-mushi in Yanagawa. I am glad I chose Motoyoshiya.
