Onsen Trip Record No. 4 The last part of the hot spring trip was a private room on the Saphir Odoriko. Since it was a private room, we didn't have to worry about the return trip home and opened Izakaya Express 🤭 for sashimi and sake. The sake was very tasty with a strong acidity and sweetness. Onsen Trip Report No.3 We went to Ito New York Lamp Museum & Flower Garden in the daytime to see the early blooming 🌷tulips🌷, which were very beautiful. My wife and I decided to have a drink early and returned the rental car 😅😅. First time drinking Fukkai in Hirado, Nagasaki. Just one word. It's good 😋, beautiful acidity, fruity aroma, good food and good drink, sometimes we reward ourselves 😊😊. Onsen Trip Record Part 1 I bought sashimi at Takashimaya at Yokohama station on my usual Izu trip, and took the Odoriko train to Izakaya Express 😆😆😆. Shinshu Kamerei that I got sleeping at home. By the time we got to Odawara station, it was clean gone 😂😂. Nabeshima for the first time in a long time. It was a recommendation from the liquor store 😊. It tastes fresh and fruity, a little tangy on the tongue. Nabeshima is good! Following the Origami, we will have a sparkling sake. I had a little trouble opening the bottle, but opened it successfully. I have neglected to record this and am back to New Year😓😓. At a New Year's party with my uncle, we were treated to a special product from Azumaya in Adachi-ku, Tokyo. It was a very elegant sake with a melon-like aroma and flavor and a well-balanced fresh acidity. ☺️ I know it's a little early, but I'm going to make a reservation for the end of the year 😅😅. The second day of my trip to Okinawa was spent at Chiebijin. Awamori is good, but sake is better. It has a beautiful pink color with a sweet and sour taste, perfect for a Christmas drink. On the way home, I had a long time Amami from the many I wanted at Hasegawa Sake Shop in Tokyo Station. It has a fresh gassy feeling, then a sweet taste, and finally a bitter taste in the throat. I drank it up to the 4th day, the gaseous sensation is far away from the stones, but the sweetness was delicious and enjoyable 😊. Yesterday I went to Ueda, Nagano Prefecture on a business trip. I took the Shinkansen three trains before the meeting time and went to Okazaki Sake Brewery from Ueda Station to have a glass of Green Label. I returned home and enjoyed it immediately. It has a melon-like aroma with a fresh gasiness. The first day, the taste was dry and tangy, and the hidden rummy taste appeared. The second day, the gaseous and rummy taste remains and it is delicious. This is a real blessing for 1,300 yen 😊. I'll drop a line to my sister who lives in Karuizawa and is close to Ueda. Do me a favor and have her buy it for me at ...... 😆.
