The second bottle of the day, following the previous one, was Yamahai. I tasted and purchased this bottle as well. The aroma was definitely Yamahai, but the taste was sour with a hint of acidity. This is a summer sake I tasted at Kobori Sake Brewery during my trip to Kanazawa. It is a light, clean, crisp, refreshing and clear sake with a gentle sweetness like muscat 😋. On the second day in Kanazawa, we went from Nomachi Station on the Hokuriku Railway to Tsurugi for Kikuhime and Manzairaku. Kikuhime seemed to be on a bereavement leave, so we went to Manzairaku's Kobori Sake Brewery. We tasted various kinds of sake, and were treated to a Daiginjo, a summer sake, a Yamahai, and a cool ride 🤭🚚, all limited to the brewery. Well, the sorbet did not make it to Tokyo, but on the local train on the way back. The cold sorbet was comforting and delicious on our hot bodies🤤. I traveled to Ishikawa Prefecture on Saturday, August 30, and as is my usual practice, I went to Kanamaru Sake Shop near Kanazawa Station to drink in the room at night. ‼️ I bought a daiginjo recommended by the owner. Unfortunately, there is no supermarket near the hotel, so we had to buy side dishes from Family Mart for our drinks 😢. Instead, the sake had a gentle taste with a beautiful ginjo aroma, so we listened to the owner and it was a great decision 🤭. Good evening, Mr. Mats! I'm glad you enjoyed your trip to Ishikawa 🎵. Kanazawa is also a place where I would like to enjoy local sake and local delicacies 😋. I think it would be fun to rent a bicycle to get around 🤗. I'm also reminiscing about the rickshaw ride I took with my parents 😊.

On my way back to Sado the other day, I bought this limited edition product at the Tenryohai Sake Brewery's specialty store in Ryotsu Port. There was a brewery near the port, so I wanted to stop by, but due to a miscalculation, I ran out of time 😢. I will have it as soon as possible. The bottle had a hole in the stopper, so I carefully opened it, but nothing happened 😕. The flavor was a light nigori with muscat🍇, peach🍑, pear🍐 and other fruits of the season. I personally would have been happy if they had added a slight sparkle 😋, but it was a delicious sake and I will definitely stop by the brewery next time. There are five breweries on Sado Island, so I'm sure I'll be able to get to all of them 🤭. The last picture was taken on the ferry, but I didn't know the national highway was also on the sea 🌊🛣️ Today and tomorrow I'm off to Kanazawa, Ishikawa Prefecture✈️ to see what kind of 🍶 encounters await me 😆. Rice: Gohyakumangoku (according to the store owner) Rice polishing ratio: - Sake degree: - Acidity: - Amino acids: - Alcohol: 14.5

First trip to Sado yesterday 🚢. We rented a car at Ryotsu Port 🚗 and went to a liquor store 😓. The kind proprietress of the Ito Sake Shop told me that she had a bottle of unbooked sake that was delicious. ‼️ I wanted to try it, so I took it home with me. On the way to the restaurant, I bought sushi at Benkei, a famous conveyor belt sushi restaurant on Sado Island, and started drinking alone in the room. I drank one delicious bottle, got into the hot spring ♨️ and realized that I had fallen asleep with my glasses on and my glasses👓 were crooked😓how many times have I done that🫩. At the hotel, they asked me the license plate number of my car and I checked it with the key ring on my key. Oh, is that 6606 or 9099? Really 😅can you write both down 😂😂I secretly named it the miracle number 🤭. On the way back to Ryotsu Port, I bought a limited edition of Gagakuyo's raw orikara sake and enjoyed it very much😊. The Joetsu Shinkansen 🚅 on a business trip to Niigata finally reached Nagaoka. After passing Takasaki, the train was almost in a tunnel 😅.
