Akishika Dai-harakuchi Junmai Ginjo
First comes the sweetness and then the umami on the tongue 😊✨.
Then a beautifully sharp sake 🍶.
What the heck is this? It's really delicious 😋😋.
Modern Juicy🍎.
Freshly squeezed and fresh tasting ☺️✨
Melon, white peach and cinnamon aromas😊.
Lingering finish with a pleasant kick at the end🥹.
The brewery where #7 yeast originated
Sake from a collaboration between Manjusen and Seabass Regal 🍶🥃.
It smells like whiskey and is different from other sake.
It has a classic Seabass wood aroma that I would love to pair with cheese ✨.
This is a new sake from a well-known brewery 😌☀️
Sake pressed in a traditional vat has a very different appearance at the beginning and end of the pressing process.
Arabashiri: first pressing (fruity)
Nakagumi: middle part (just the right amount of sweetness)
Yamegidori: The last part of the pressing (a little dryness)
I happened to be able to buy it and am enjoying it at home 😌.
It's very refreshing and not too sweet ⭕️
A versatile sake as a food sake with a kick at the end ✨.
It's great on its own, but I think I'd like to pair it with a meal: ✌️
It can go with all kinds of fish 🐟.
Modern Sake
Fresh, juicy, pleasantly gassy.
Aroma is lactic acid bacteria, yogurt
Taste is citrusy, lingering grapefruit
This is the sake that has stung me the most recently 🍶.
No wonder this is so popular ☺️✨
Sake that gets better every year, brewed by a young master brewer
Modern and cutting-edge with a gaseous taste
The balance of sweetness and acidity is pleasant.
Too much genius....
Yummai ☺️
Omine 3-grain fire-aged Yamadanishiki
Aroma reminiscent of muscat and melon
The juicy taste of Yamadanishiki spreads over the bottom.
But the aftertaste is short?
Delicious 😋.
We just opened a bottle of Tasake's Zodiac Label 2024✨.
It's a beautiful, fruity tasting sake that also has the Tasake character!
It smells like green apple🍏 and melon🍈 with a hint of ethyl caproate😌✨.
The slight bubbly sensation you feel when you swallow it is also pleasant!
Very tasty 🍶.
Sake from Hyogo Prefecture 🍶.
I am not familiar with this sake, but it is delicious!
The color is as gorgeous as the label and the ginjo aroma on the palate is good 😆✨.
Aromatic and crisp sake 🍶.
It was dry and tasted great with sushi and other dishes!
It is made from 100% Yamagata Prefecture sake rice, Yuki-No-Majin, and had a unique dry taste 😋.
First post in two years!
It's been a long time since I moved from Tokyo to Tottori Prefecture... Sake!
Two years ago, I drank Gohashi's Hiyoroshi, .
The taste of the rice is strong and suitable for grilled fish.
Delicious, keep it coming!
