The Junmai Haraki-Akiagari, in particular, had the roughness of the Haraki-Akiagari removed and became a mellow sake that I liked very much.
I also compared it with Junmai Namaishu, which is a pre-aged sake.
It was clearly well matured.

Sake rice is 100% Ginginga
This is the first time for me to drink Tamura's Ginginga.
The color is clear.
The aroma is not removed.
On the palate, it is slowly mellow and delicious. ☺️
The mouthfeel is creamy, and it has no sweetness but gives a sweet sensation.
Bitter aftertaste.
It is a strange sake that has no sweetness, yet it feels sweet.
Tamura had a sharp image but surprisingly mellow😊.
I'll have to drink the other ones to update the taste I remember 🍶💪.

The taste is full of rice. It has a solid and heavy feeling. There is a slight ALC feeling.
There is a hint of hackles on the palate, which may be the reason why the heaviness is lessened.
