We were able to go to the soon-to-be-closed bar Hatakeyama just in time for our reservation ✨We were given 4 kinds of recommended heated sake 📷✨You can choose your favorite sake cup, sake stand and even tokkuri ❗I was full after 3 kinds 💦 because it was the second bar 💦 but the appetizer and the brown rice with egg were delicious 😋❤Finally, we were given aged tea leaves sencha and after drinking the tea leaves, we were served boiled brown rice with a pinch of brown rice🍙💕The best hospitality! The tea leaves were boiled and served with a bite of brown rice 🍙💕That was the best hospitality ❤❤!

Good morning, pyonpyon 😃. Sorry to hear that your lovely restaurant is closed 😢. I'm curious about the sake, but we always end with tea 🍵! I would love to taste the closing hospitality of Kochira 😍🥹.

Hi Jay & Nobby 👋😃It's sad to hear about your beautiful store 😖 Jay & Nobby, you also close with a cup of tea 🍵✨I had a strong sencha tea that reset me and I could drink from scratch again 😁💨💨.

Hello pyonpyon🐦! I've never seen a sake cup with a stand 😻It's a great hospitality ✨and the sake cup is not just a Hakama ✨It's a shame about this nice store 😢.

Hi Pon-chan 👋😃It's not often you see a sake cup stand, maybe for the first time in Kansai 😲I also thought a tokuri🍶 with a lid is also unusual~. When you leave, you can click the flint ✨ and say "Itterasshai~" ❗

We finished the night in Osaka with our first Furoisen. The H28BY was served warm. It has a soft umami, a pleasant sense of maturity, and just the right amount of sharpness. So we had all the sake we had never had at Hatakeyama before, all warmed up. Here are some photos of the wonderful lineup. I would definitely like to come back to both of these restaurants again, it was a very satisfying Osaka drinking experience 😊.

Yas☆-san, I enjoyed reading your post about drinking in Osaka 👏 Hatakeyama has never been there, so the 3rd and 4th pictures gave me a good idea of what the restaurant looks like ❗️ I'm thrilled to see all the bottles in a mess 🤩 Please come to Osaka again!

The second restaurant was Hatakeyama, which my drinking friend in Nagoya had visited. The lineup of sake is perverted in a good way, with a strong emphasis on heated sake. It was unusual to be able to choose a tokuri as well as a boar cup, and I thought the sake cup stand was interesting. The first cup was my first heated Hizen Kurashin. Even when heated, the sake was rather crisp and refreshing, with a soft mouthfeel and a nice sharpness, not unlike a 70% polished sake. Here is a picture of the sake set that goes well with the sake.
