そらのおさけI went to Awaji Island for a visit, so I haven't posted in a while.
Thin but tasty! あずI drank it on Awaji Island! It was the most delicious, sweet but not too aromatic and exquisitely flavored! ガルスAdult apple syrup
The aroma is reminiscent of the honey-like sweetness of apples. From a refreshing mouthfeel, the sweet and sour taste and pungency spread in parallel, and the apple-like aroma rises. After a light bitterness, it finishes with a lingering cotton-like aroma.
It has concentrated apple sweetness, sourness, and bitterness, while also being tangy and spicy, giving it a mature taste. It can be served as an after-dinner drink like Cointreau.

It's not really a thousand-dollar bottle, but for some reason it wouldn't accept manual entry 😭.
It is a standard type of sake with some dryness, sweetness and umami from the rice, but it is easy to drink and you don't feel the alcohol!

I liked the Sennenichi the best. ペンギンブルーYesterday, I was at Uozuka on a ladder from Uoso to have sesame marinated rice bowl with sea bream.
No way I didn't get a photo of the label.
They said it is a sake brewery that sells only in Awaji and not easily available in Tokyo.
Crisp and spicy. Then mellow rice. Powerful, yet mellow.
Of course, it goes well with sesame pickles.
I was not able to register a new sake, so I will register this sake with the same brewery.

Raw material rice: 100% Yamadanishiki produced in Awaji Island
