Although it is light and dry, it is very mild on the throat. It has a moderate umami and sweetness, and is a very well-balanced sake.
It goes very well with vinegared food and funa-zushi (fermented crucian carp sushi).
I received this month's recommended sake at a dinner at a business trip. It had a sweet flavor that was easy to drink without being too Hyogo Harima-esque.
