New to packaged sake.
I often see it in commercials, but it's surprisingly new to me. Kizakura.
Light and refreshing. Easy to drink either cold or warmed. It's a cheap packaged sake, but surprisingly not bad.
New packaged sake.
This time it was Ozeki, a well-known cup sake.
First, at room temperature. Yes, it tastes like a cup sake. It's light and dry, but a little sweeter than a cup of sake.
Next, we warmed it up. Hot sake goes well with hot sake.
This time of year, I really want to drink hot sake.
New packaged sake.
First, it was served at room temperature. It is a refreshingly light and light sake, and seems to be good as a food sake. No unpleasant aftertaste.
Next time I'll try heating it up.
I drank this when I went back to my parents' house for New Year's.
It was an old sake that had been sitting for more than 30 years since the Showa period. I like it a lot, like Shaoxing sake. But it is surprisingly easy to drink.
My parents don't drink much sake, so they use it as a cooking sake. What a waste.
Nigori sake. The refreshing acidity and sweetness certainly resembles calpis.
It is also easy to drink, and if you are not careful, you will get drunk.
I had been curious about this Mitsui-designed sake for a while.
It was on the all-you-can-drink lineup, so I gave it a try.
It is quite dry and has no peculiarities, but I prefer a more aromatic and umami flavor.
Packaged Sake New Development. Will this be my last sake purchase this year?
Dry, refreshing and easy to drink. Slightly brownish in color.
The alcohol content is 15~16 degrees. I like the taste a lot.
The well-known Daiginjo of Gekkeikan was available in a packaged sake.
It is fruity but dry.
It has a bitter aftertaste.
It seems to be good as a food sake.
I tried drinking it hot later on when it was too cold, but it was not so good, with a strange habit that stood out. ......
I received this as a congratulatory gift for passing a promotional exam.
Tangerine yeast used. Fruity, faint scent of mandarin (?).
Thank you very much.
