I often see it in commercials, but it's surprisingly new to me. Kizakura.
Light and refreshing. Easy to drink either cold or warmed. It's a cheap packaged sake, but surprisingly not bad.

This time it was Ozeki, a well-known cup sake.
First, at room temperature. Yes, it tastes like a cup sake. It's light and dry, but a little sweeter than a cup of sake.
Next, we warmed it up. Hot sake goes well with hot sake.

It was an old sake that had been sitting for more than 30 years since the Showa period. I like it a lot, like Shaoxing sake. But it is surprisingly easy to drink.
My parents don't drink much sake, so they use it as a cooking sake. What a waste.
