Here are some quotes ↓↓↓↓↓ This is a pure rice ginjo brewed with 58% polished "Akebono" satoumi rice from Okayama prefecture, and only the middle portion is bottled. It is an attractive nigori sake characterized by a thick mouthfeel and refreshing sweetness, with a crisp aftertaste that makes it a natural choice for sipping. Since the yeast is still alive and gas is always being produced, there is a hole on the top of the cap for venting gas. Care must be taken when opening the bottle, as it may leak when turned on its side.
