This is a sake made by Hagino Shuzo, a brewery famous for Hagi no Tsurugi, the crane of Hagino.
I found it at a liquor store I went into in Sendai, and I didn't know about it, so I bought it (^^)
I drank it at room temperature, but it tasted like a hagiographic crane 😄.
I thought it was a good sake that should be recognized more and more 💡.

It has a sweetness and freshness that is typical of Shinsei.

I finally got to buy it after 2 years, lol.

It's a summer drink, so it wasn't what I was expecting, but I could drink this one as many times as I wanted 🎵.
