Imanishi Junmai Ginjo Asahi It is a limited distribution brand "Imanishi" of Imanishi Shuzo which brews "Mimurosugi". I heard from the manager that it was very delicious and I bought it🎵! The taste is really clear and the transparency is amazing 💡! This is a good sake that you can have as many as you want😊🎵. (You should also check out Asahi rice ✨)

Haneya Junmai Daiginjo 50 Tsubasa Apparently, it's a liquor offered by JAL's First Class Lounge 💡. Calm ginjo aroma, fresh and fresh melon-like sweetness with just the right amount of acidity to tie the whole thing together 👌🏻 I can't drink a lot, but it's good for the first drink 😊.

Mohawk Girl Junmai Ginjo I've been wanting to drink it for a while now, and I happened to see it in a department store I happened to be in, so I bought it right away! LOL! I drank it cold, regular, and hot, but I felt this one was best at room temperature 💡. Even at room temperature, it has a nice, fluffy, ginjo aroma and a sweet taste peculiar to ginjo, with a very beautiful aftertaste 😊. This is delicious ✨. That's what I'm talking about.

Asahioki Junmai-Ginjo It's my first time at Asahi Xing 💡. First impressions, great balance! is ✨ It's a bit sweet, but the acidity of the aftertaste is exquisite 🎵. The honor is also consumed in the prefecture, but I heard that it is also not easy to be sold. I am amazed at the high level of Tochigi Prefecture 😊.

Daruma Masamune Oxen Limited Blend In the series that made me fall in love with old sake, the Year of the Ox was on sale, so I bought it right away ✨ (And by the way, Childhood's was really good 🎵) This one has a nice aroma and some acidity 💡. Tenbi Special Junmai Raw Raw Sake We are the newest and most famous brewery in the world right now ✨ It's foamy, fresh and sweet, and the acidity disappears crisply, making it refreshing to drink without any bad taste 💡. There is a lot of buzz around this type of sake, but... This one is one of our recommendations for the current demand 😊.

Kurobei Label Junmai Ginjo It has a great aroma of ginjo incense. It tasted sweet, reminiscent of a pear, with a crisp + slightly jittery sour taste! I guess I'm a balanced type! Honestly, I found it to be a pretty distinctive aftertaste 💡.

Unidentified Floating Yeast Brewing Ikimai Junmai and Unfiltered Raw Sake (no yeast added) 2019 by The sweetness comes first, but it also has a strong flavor and a very mellow finish 💡. As it says in the label recommendation, it goes great with dumplings and stewed pork, as well as the sweetness of the meat 🎵.

snowman It sold out so quickly, it was hard to find, but I finally got around to drinking it! In the mouth, I could feel the sweetness of the lactic acid bacteria, which is slightly carbonated and trotted out, and I felt like it was a Calpis sour, but the sourness comes into play afterwards, and it's a perfect balance of not too sweet and not too spicy ✨ It was as good as they say 🎵.

Instrumental Masamune Yamadanishiki Instrumental Masamune is primarily a honjozo brewery, so this was my first time drinking a junmai-type brew! The acidity of the aftertaste is strong and squeaky clean, but the elegant sweetness and slight carbonation are fresh, which is a true characteristic of the Instrumental Masamune 💡. As I said, the Instrumental Masamune is delicious 🎵.

Classic Senkori Omachi 2020 Ikkojimajima It was featured on You Tube, which I often see, and I was curious about it, so I tried it 💡. If you like the sweetness like apricot and the fresh sourness that is typical of sentry 😊✨✨ Now, as for the sake of raw materials in Omachi... If you don't know, you won't know! I'm honestly surprised ✨ I'm sure it must have been made with tremendous care and attention to detail (^^).

Soho Homme Junmai Daiginjo 6g yeast Limited Edition The previous Sohonor was so good, I gave this one a shot! I drank it cold, regular and warm, but I felt room temperature was the best ✨ Also, compared to the usual sake brewing Junmai Daiginjo, I thought the sweetness and acidity were stronger 💡 compared to the usual sake brewing Junmai Daiginjo. (My preference would be to have the regular one in a human skin warmed 😊✨) Anyway, Sohyo is my favorite drink that tastes great over room temperature 🎵.

Togakushi Matsuo Togakushi Junmai Ginjo Gold Label Togakushi is one of the best drinks to buy when you see it ✨ (I rarely see them here, lol.) It's made from Yamae Nishiki, but it has a gorgeous ginjo aroma and sweetness, with a little bit of sourness and bitterness that is typical of Togakushi😊. It's one I'll continue to support!

Matsunoji Junmai Daiginjo Ryuoh Yamadanishiki Yamanoue A brewery looking for something more important than good taste, we bought a popular drink nicknamed "Blue"! By the way, I've been curious about it for a while now, but this is my first time tasting it 😊. The taste is fresh, sweet and sour like a green apple, and the aftertaste disappears quickly and gently ✨ It's a very clean sake, but I would recommend it for a relief 💡.
