The previous Sohonor was so good, I gave this one a shot!
I drank it cold, regular and warm, but I felt room temperature was the best ✨
Also, compared to the usual sake brewing Junmai Daiginjo, I thought the sweetness and acidity were stronger 💡 compared to the usual sake brewing Junmai Daiginjo.
(My preference would be to have the regular one in a human skin warmed 😊✨)
Anyway, Sohyo is my favorite drink that tastes great over room temperature 🎵.
Togakushi Matsuo Togakushi Junmai Ginjo Gold Label
Togakushi is one of the best drinks to buy when you see it ✨
(I rarely see them here, lol.)
It's made from Yamae Nishiki, but it has a gorgeous ginjo aroma and sweetness, with a little bit of sourness and bitterness that is typical of Togakushi😊.
It's one I'll continue to support!
