Kamoshiki Katafuda Sake Misamanishiki Junmai Daiginjo It was recommended to me as a rare sake. It's quite voluptuous and sweet, and I wouldn't know it was Miyamanishiki unless you told me😊. It has a nice aftertaste and I would recommend it to women and those who are not used to drinking it 🎵.

Tendai Junmai-Ginjo This is a popular sake from Nishi Shuzo, a company famous for its potato shochu called "Houzan" 💡. We expected it to be dry because of the name, label and preconceptions about Kagoshima, but it's not sour or bitter, and it has just the right amount of saltiness and clean sweetness 👌🏻 All in all, I think it's a modern sake that doesn't require too many snacks and can be enjoyed ✨

So-Homare Ikizome Junmai Daiginjo The lukewarm water here is the best 💡. The citrusy sweetness that I didn't feel in cold, with a clean acidity that is very pleasant ✨ It's just a great introduction by the sake magnate 🎵.

Sawaya-Matsumoto Shoriyaki Yamadanishiki This fizziness, with a refreshing taste and good acidity. First impressions felt more like a sparkling wine! I think this would be a great companion to a Western meal, such as a meat dish, to reset the palate 💡. If it's Japanese food, I'd like to pair it with white fish tempura ✨ It's a great way to expand the range of sake as a food sipper 😄.

Kawanakajima Genbaku Junmai-Ginjo (pure rice wine) When the bottle was first opened, it had a hard image and an astringent aftertaste, but... I put up with it and let it sit for a week, and it was transformed ✨. It's very clean, with a tawny, sweet taste and a clean aftertaste 😄 No wonder it's so hard to find!

Mukyu Tentenyo Tencho Shomei Daiginjo Original Sake Sweetness, umami, and a refreshing aftertaste, it is the ultimate in mellow and delicious flavor ✨ It's so complete in flavor that you don't even need a snack, it's just wonderful! Flower cooling is the recommended temperature range 🎵.

Asahiyama Junmai Ginjo Another brand from Asahi Shuzo, the company for which Kubota is famous! I didn't know about this one either 💦. I had it at room temperature, but it's a junmai ginjo with a clear, mild sweetness + umami and a refreshing finish 💡. This is a great drink to have again, but be careful not to overdo it 🖐🏻

#Japanese Sake #Shirataki Shuzo Minatoya Toisuke Junmai Daiginjo I didn't know this was a different brand from the brewer of Kamizen-Ryosui, but it was recommended to me and I tried it 💡. I drank it at cold, room temperature and warmed up, but it's delicious at all temperatures ✨ without losing its balance. I especially like it at room temperature, it has a honey-like sweetness with a clean aftertaste, and I think even women can enjoy this drink 😄.

Katsukoma Honjikomi Special Honjozo Thankfully, I was invited to join the Shengkoma group 💡. I didn't know I could come to Kanagawa and drink Katsukoma in a restaurant 🎵. I had it both cold and warmed up, but the balance was intact in both cases, and I thought it was a very solid piece of work 😄 Now I want to have it at room temperature as well 😊.

Longevity of the Mountain freaks 2 It's a sake that contains 4MMP, the aromatic component of white wine ✨ Frankly, my impression is that it's a lighter version of s.tokyo 💡. It's 13% alcohol, so I'd like to try it if there's a version that's 15+ degrees 🎵.
