Yuki-no-Kayasha Bishu no Sekkei Junmai Ginjo The aroma is elegant, and the mouthfeel is fruity and sweet, which is typical of Yamada-Nishiki's ginjo, but not that sweet😄. And the balance of acidity and bitterness in the aftertaste is wonderfully balanced and crisp and tight 💡. This is one dish that would be complete on its own! I can see why it's so popular ✨. I also read the book and felt again that your passion for making sake is tremendous 🔥

Kameisen Junmai-Ginjo unprocessed sake CEL-24 They've been so popular lately that I was curious to buy one! It has a Yamadanishiki-type ginjo aroma and sweetness (I haven't mentioned the type of rice, so if I'm wrong, I'm sorry 💦), and a crisp, sour taste... it's delicious ✨ Once again, this kind of feeling is all the rage 🎵.
