After work, I went to a Hokuriku antenna store in Umeda to compare sake from the three Hokuriku prefectures. The first one was a local sake from Uozu, called Hokuyo. It is a light and crisp sake 🍶. It was delicious. 🙆‍♂️

Yesterday, on Tanabata day, I drank a summer sake from Naekaya in Toyama. It was one of the brands I had been curious about, and while it had a delicious rice flavor and a hint of gas, it ended with a crisp and refreshing summer sake 🍶.

Next is a locally brewed sake from the town of Onan in Shimane Prefecture. This sake has a strong rice flavor typical of San'in sake, but with a moderate alcohol content of 13%, so you can feel the lightness of the sake. 🙆‍♂️ It was delicious.

Continued from yesterday. My wife and I both like this brand, Toyo Bijin. This is the first time I've seen this label, but it's sweet, fruity, and consistent. 🙆‍♂️ It was so delicious!

Next is Kunifutsuru from Fuchu, Tokyo. It is brewed at a sake brewery that has revived sake production after a 38-year absence, and I was curious about it because Yamanaka Sake Shop, which directly operates this store, has been promoting it recently. This time it is junmai dry, but it is a very straight sake, light and sharp all the way through 🍶. I would like to try other specs 😋.

It's been a while since I've had a local sake from Noto. This is my first time to drink Okunoto's Shirakiku, but it was gentle and kind, a good bottle for a mealtime drink. It was delicious 🍶. I would love to travel to Noto someday 😌.

This is the first A-Sakura I've had. It's 12% low al and gassy 🙆‍♂️ It was fruity but if you ask me if it was apple 🤔 lol. It was delicious!

A souvenir from my honeymoon in Hokkaido. I knew Takarakawa existed, but it is a brand that is hard to find only in Otaru😅. So this time we bought it when we went sightseeing in Otaru. It is a bottle with a clear, dry taste and a good sharpness. We enjoyed it with open-flavored Hokke fish 🐟.

A souvenir from my visit to Hiroshima, a one-goupe bottle of Takehara's local sake, Seikagami, with an inoguchi (cup). My friend had given me oysters on the shell, so I steamed them and served them with the sake. It was delicious, with a light and dry taste that is typical of Hiroshima. 🙆‍♂️
