The last sake at yesterday's sake costing brewery was a special order sake from Hououmida.
It was a fruity, clear, sweet to bitter cup 🍶.
It was also fresh and delicious. 🙆♂️
The fifth sake was an old man's sake brewed by Nakai Sake Brewery in Kurayoshi.
It seems to be made for people in their 50's or older, but it is surprisingly mildly delicious and easy to drink San-in sake 😳.
It would be good warmed up lol.
Hi Jay & Nobby!
It looks like it was made for that purpose, but it was a surprisingly mild and tasty sake, classic but also tasty for people of all ages. 🙆♂️
The third cup was an out-of-season Jigokin nigori.
It was delicious, with a fruity sweetness typical of Jikin, and a gaseous and sharp taste characteristic of nama-zake (raw sake) 🍶.
You can never go wrong with Jikin, can you?
Good evening, Mr. Tatsuko!
A cup of sake at the end of the workday is very special, isn't it 🎵.
Jikin-sama is the best for such a night 😋.
You really can't go wrong with Jikin-sama 😁✨.
I hope you have a great time drinking 😊.
Good evening ma-ki-san!
I had a luxurious sake after work!
As you said, Jikin-sama is the best 😂.
I never get tired of drinking it no matter how many times I drink it lol!
After work, I had a drink 🍶 with some people at work.
The first drink was Houken, a local sake from Kure.
It has a sweetness from the rice, but it's also dry and refreshing, which I've always been curious about. 🙆♂️
For evening consumption.
Purchased at Fukushima Prefecture Osaka office specializing in Japanese sake: 🙆♂️
I have been interested in this brand for a while, but there are no special distributors in Osaka, so this was my first purchase.
This bottle is fruity, moderately sweet and mild.
I like the taste, it was delicious!
Good evening, Tatsu-san 🌛Congratulations on getting Ippoumi at the Osaka Satellite Office in Fukushima Prefecture, aka Salaryman's hard to get to restaurant 🎉🤣Ippoumi is well balanced, complete and delicious 😋.
Hi Nemuchi!
I see you are off on weekends and holidays, I never knew that 😳
Then this is the privilege of being off on weekdays lol
This is the first time I've had a bottle of Ippou myself, and it was a very good and stable one 😆.
After work, the last of the 47 prefectures, a local sake from Nobeoka, Miyazaki Prefecture.
I had it at a local Miyazaki restaurant in Umeda: 🙆♂️
A sweet, fruity, melon-like, refreshing drink 🍶.
I finally made it all the way around Japan! LOL!
Hello, Tatsu🍶!
Congratulations on your national championship 🍾🎉🍾㊗️
It's not easy to find sake from Miyazaki, is it? I would like to visit your store in Umeda if I have a chance.
Keep drinking for the second round 🤗.
Hello, Tattsu-san 😃.
Sentoku-san for your Miyazaki cuisine and 🇯🇵 national championship!
Congratulations 🗾🎉!
Let's enjoy sake 🍶 from all over the country again 👋!
Hello, Attached Mourning God!
Thank you 😊
It's not easy to find Sentoku unless it's in a restaurant like this 😂.
Since it's in Miyazaki, it's mainly a shochu store, but if you're here for Sentoku, it might be possible 🍶.
Hi Jay & Nobby!
Thank you 😊
We've been here for 2 years and 5 months and have conquered the whole country, but we will continue to enjoy the sake life 😆.
Good evening, Mr. Tatsu🌛.
Congratulations on winning the national championship 🎉.
The other day, I went to a liquor store in Kouhama that probably wholesales Miyazaki sake to your store and got "Sentoku" 🥰.
I'm looking forward to opening it now✨
Nice to meet you, Tatsu!
I reacted to the words "round Japan" in your review 😁✨.
I'm sure your trip around Japan was a fun one as you got to meet many new and unknown sakes 😋.
Let's continue to enjoy the sake life more and more 😊.
Good morning, Mr. Tuttu ☀Congratulations on winning the national competition 🎉The sake here is fruity and delicious 😋I also won the competition with the same sake before 😊Let's continue to enjoy more sake activities 🤗.
Hi ma-ki-, it's nice to meet you!
I have learned a lot about various sakes through Sake-no-wa, but there are still some I don't know yet, so I will continue my sake activities 💪.
First time for me to try Azuma Tsuru.
The stylish label reminds me of wine🍾.
When I drank it, it was delicious with a hint of gas and a full-bodied sweet and sour taste. 🙆♂️
I think beginners will like it too!
The last one is No. 6.
It is a cup full of sweetness and flavor with a hint of gas.
It is easy to drink because it goes down smoothly, but what in the world is this sense of satisfaction?
I feel the high level every time 🤣.
The third glass was a local sake from Hanamaki, a brand I had wanted to try.
It is a light but tasty sake that goes down smoothly.
It is the perfect food sake.
After work.
A new product I wanted to try from Mimuro Cedar: 🙆♂️
A light, slightly bitter, complex drink.
This is what Mimuro Sugi is all about 🤣.
I couldn't make it to the Mimuro Sugi FES this month due to work, but as a fan, I'd love to go there someday 😂.
The last was Sairai for the second time this month at my wife's request.
It seems to be a sake offered only at restaurants.
It has a sweet and delicious flavor that is typical of Sairai, and it may even be a bit like Spodori 🤔 lol.
Today's restaurant also had good food and sake 🍶.
The third cup was Momoten, also from Ohisa's Tenbi.
This is the first time I have had this since the toji was changed.
The sweet and sour taste like muscat is still there, and it was a cup that reminded me of spring.
The second glass is Yamamoto, which I have not had for a long time.
Slightly sweet and fruity, this is another one that would be good as a food sake: 🙆♂️
It is very stable, as expected of Yamamoto 👏👏👏.
Today was a holiday. My wife and I went to Tenma for a lunchtime drink.
The first drink was Ryusuisen, a local sake from Shinano Omachi, which I had wanted to try.
It is a typical Nagano local sake with a subtle sweetness and sharpness.
It is a good sake for a mid-meal drink. 🙆♂️
A sake brewery in Kochi opened a store at Harukas for a limited time.
Today, the first day of the event, Kawazawa Sake Brewery, the newest brewery in Kochi, was here for tasting and sales.
The toji (master brewer) of this brewery has 20 years of sake brewing experience at Kameizumi Sake Brewery.
I had a chance to taste the whole range of their sake, which is generally less sweet and more refreshing than Kameizumi cel's. 🙆♂️
This time, I bought this limited edition sake that suited my taste.
It is fruity with a firm acidity, and is one that even beginners will like.
It was delicious 😋.
The second cup was Yoshinogawa.
It was also light and dry, but more pungent and astringent than the previous Takashimizu.
It was similar to the Tateyama I had the other day.
It was delicious. 🙆♂️
