I went to Kyoto for the 27th anniversary of my father-in-law's death.
I wanted to try mizutaki in Kyoto, so I chose Tori Yazan for dinner.
The pine midori cold sake we had with our meal was dry with a refreshing sweetness that complemented the food.
It did not interfere with the sumptuous matsutake mushroom tempura and grilled matsutake mushrooms.
During lunch, I drank Jyushiyo shochu for the first time at Nakamura-Ro. It had a beautiful, delicate flavor, and was a delicious companion to the sake Jyushidai.
Good morning, Rutemi 😃Even though it was your father-in-law's memorial service, Kyoto in autumn, good food and good sake, nothing but taste 🍂I heard that Jyushodai rice shochu is as fruity as sake. It was a wonderful time with wonderful sake 😊.
Good morning, Lutemi 🐥.
Mizutaki in a tatami room with a view of the garden sounds nice ✨The chicken broth looks delicious😻
Jyushiyo, you have shochu 😳I wonder what it tastes like💕I'd love to try it 😊.
Good evening, Wakata-san😄.
It was like a trip abroad with so many foreigners in Kyoto now 😅It was a luxurious time with delicious food, sake and my first Jyushidai rice shochu. It was a delicate shochu that I didn't mind the 25% alcohol content 😋.
Good evening, Pon-chan😄.
I was thrilled to be allowed to use the room used by Ryoma Sakamoto at the Mizutaki restaurant. The rice shochu of Jyushiyo is fruity and you can enjoy the flavor of the rice.
It was like a stronger version of sake.
Home drinking.
Closed today.
It is spicy, acidic, and umami while feeling the sake smell.
Then it disappears.
The umami is strongly felt.
The snacks are roasted duck, grilled chicken (salt), fried horse mackerel, and fried sweet shrimp.
It washes away and adds umami without losing to the unique dishes.
It is a delicious drink.

I still love Matsunosui,
If you ever come to Kyoto, please visit Torisei Honten!
There is also a store in the basement of Kyoto Tower.
Pine Soup . It is said to be a gem that has been carefully matched with Japanese cuisine such as Kyo ryori (Kyoto cuisine) and Kyo kaiseki (Kyoto-style kaiseki).
New Year's Day. We chose Matsunoso as a toddler sake.
It is a delicious sake with a strong flavor, yet refreshing. It is the best sake I have ever tasted. My father also liked it unusually well.
It was a New Year's Day when all I did was sleep.
