It's a classic of Tasake. Mellow and full-bodied Fruity and delicious 😋. Sweetness, acidity, spiciness, and umami are all well balanced. Better than on its own It is great with a meal because it extends the umami when drunk with a meal. While drinking sake, a question came to mind 🌟. I was surprised that sake from far away Tohoku can be drunk in Kagoshima, located in the southern part of Japan Is the production of Tasake quite large? 🤔 I happened to see it in many liquor stores and izakaya on this trip to Kyushu. On the contrary, I did not see any Sentoku in the neighboring prefecture of Miyazaki 😞😞😞😞😞😞. While visiting Saiki in Oita Prefecture, I went to a restaurant I've always wanted to visit! The seafood here is amazing! The fish tank was full of lobsters 🦐🦐. Saiki is a major producer of lobsters! The sashimi was plump, sweet and delicious! Lastly, they made a rich lobster miso soup for us 😭😭😭 Kaisendon is made with a lot of local fish and is fresh, but the amount of fish is so large that it doesn't even reach the rice! The volume is perfect 🤩. And at an unbeatable price of 1300 yen!
