Aroma reminiscent of pineapple-like sweet and sour. The crisp mouthfeel is followed by a fluffy sweetness. From there, the fruity sweet and sour taste like concentrated pineapple rushes in, followed by a touch of bitterness and a crisp finish.
It has a rich fruity mid-palate, but the entry and finish are refreshing, making it very easy to drink and inviting the next sip. It has a fruity taste, but it is so sharp that you wonder what it was all about. It is truly a daydream.

When warmed to lukewarm, the acidity comes through, but the aftertaste is still a little sluggish.

（After two days, the astringency has decreased and the corners have been removed, and it has become my favorite "Mimuro-sugi"!

Refreshing and easy to drink, it is a perfect summer sipper. Of course, it can also be enjoyed during the current season.

Sake brewed at Kurumata Shuzo by the next brewer of Sakurada Shuzo, which was damaged by the Noto earthquake.
The aroma is reminiscent of an elegant and refreshing sweet and sour taste, like that of pears. The refreshing mouthfeel is followed by a gentle sweetness. The nose is sweet like that of LaFrance and finishes with a tangy, spicy flavor and a slight bitterness.
The aroma is distinctly different from the image of Tengumai. The fruity and modern taste is a challenge.

Contract-grown Gohyakumangoku grapes from Niigata Prefecture are used.
The top-rising aroma is reminiscent of fresh apple-like sweet and sour flavor. From the clean mouthfeel, you will feel the same hint of aroma as in the top nose. After that, it disappears surprisingly quickly.
The sharpness is outstanding and can be enjoyed together with the apple aroma.
