Kyushu Trip No. 9 The second night of the New Year with new rice wine 😚. Freshly opened sake is hard. The bitterness in the back is also noticeable. It becomes sweeter and easier to drink with a little air. It has a sweet aroma of apples. Smooth and smooth in the mouth, the cream aroma is fully developed and delicious. Fine bubbles and just the right amount of sweetness. It has a nice youthful freshness. It is light and delicious 🍶😋😋. ☺️Tasake is very stable after all! The snack was satsuma-age (fried fish cake) made by Kunio-ya, a long-established kamaboko store in Kanoya, Oosumi Peninsula, Kagoshima! Kagoshima is famous for its yellowtail! I found this restaurant on my way to a famous yellowtail restaurant for lunch! There were many elderly people, who seemed to be locals, shopping in the magnificent store! My gut feeling was that it was a famous local store 🤭🤭. The authentic satsuma-age is sweet! It has a lot of ingredients and the taste of fish paste is very strong! This is exceptionally delicious ❗ I'm also interested in the Cheeze Sashimi Kamaboko! Perfect with sake! They offered me a bag of kamaboko 🍥 if I bought some 💕. Kanoya is a peanut producing area 🥜. I also miss the peanut bean curd 🥜-🥜🥹. with sweet soy sauce sauce 樂樂樂. It's so melty and delicious 😚😚😚😚😚. I saw them at a roadside station and devoured 2 packs~☺️🤭🤭🤭 I want to go back to Kagoshima for peanut tofu 😤!

Second day back in Taiwan after my trip to Kyushu. I also came down with the flu 🥹. I had stomach pains for almost a week and lost 2kg of weight💦. Take care of your health as well, sake-run 😄.
