The top aroma is fruity and citrusy. When you drink it, the soft sweetness and sourness rush over you, and then it quickly slips away. This is delicious. The overtone is a faint fruity aroma. The light mouthfeel and sourness stand out and are delicious. It is good both with food and on its own. The alcohol content is only 13 degrees and it is easy to drink. I want to drink it again. It goes well with homemade beef bowl. Is it similar to Mizuo's Nama Ippon or Kame no Umi Semishigure? Particularly my favorite! Hitogokochi Polishing ratio 59 Alcohol 13%.

The initial aroma is sweet and honey-like. When you drink it, the sweetness is followed by a slightly dry and pleasantly bitter taste that spreads in a well-balanced manner and is quickly quenched. There is a slight alkali taste, but it is not bothersome. There is no acidity. It is easier to drink than the hiki-ire style, although it has a light, dry, and light image. The subtle aroma is slightly sweet. It is best served cold. It is better with food than on its own. It goes well with grilled squid and sushi. Miyamanishiki Rice polishing ratio 49 Alcohol 15%.

There is a gas escaping sound when the bottle is opened. When poured, there is a slight fuming. The top aroma is of brown sugar. When you drink it, it has a slight carbonation, a light sweetness, a slight sourness, and a rather bitter taste, and it finishes quickly. It has a pleasant bitterness, and although it is light, it also has a slight weight to it. It tasted complex, but it was delicious. There were no hints of aroma. It was like a white wine. It is better with food than by itself. It went well with sashimi and arabesque soup. Is it similar to Aki-agari by Kuroemon XVI? Yamada Nishiki Rice polishing ratio 55 Alcohol 14%.

This is my second repeat. I like it lukewarm, so I drink it lukewarm from the start. The first aroma is sweet and junmai-like. The first aroma is a sweet junmai type aroma, but when you drink it, a gentle sweetness fills your mouth and it goes down smoothly. It is easy to drink, refreshing and gentle lukewarm. This is delicious. No bitterness. The sweetness characteristic of Genmai spreads when you drink it. There is almost no scent. I like the lukewarm version of the Ginjo series the best. It went well with the grilled white fish from a convenience store. Warm snacks go very well with warm sake. It is good both during a meal and on its own. After spending a day at Togakushi ski resort, the warm sweetness is very good for you. I want to drink it again. Especially my favorite! Kinmon Nishiki Polishing ratio 49 Alcohol 15

There is almost no top notes. When you drink it, it is fresh and light on the palate, with an elegant and discreet sweetness, acidity, and a pleasantly weak bitterness that spreads in a well-balanced manner, and then quickly slips away. This is delicious. The subtle fruity aroma. It is a standard Akabe sake. It is wonderful that this is a standard sake. It is also good in terms of cost. The acidity is addictive. I wanted to drink it warm, so I asked the waiter and bought a bottle of hi-ire junmai, but it is also good cold. When I warmed it up to lukewarm, the aroma became more pronounced and the acidity seemed to increase. I felt it became a little spicier. It is delicious this way, but we recommend drinking it chilled to refresh the palate. I thought that sake with freshness and juiciness is better served cold. Similar to Mizuo's Nama Ippon? It went well with homemade ground meat curry, Kawanakajima white peach jelly, yogurt ice cream, and raisin butter papico. Good both during the meal and on its own. Particularly my favorite. There is almost no top-fragrance. When it is drunk, it tastes deliciously spicy and gradually becomes sharp. The hint of fragrance is also subtle and junmai-like. It has a rather dry image. I bought it to drink warm, so I warmed it up to lukewarm and it really came into its own. The aroma of rice stood out softly, and the sweetness spread out as it was drunk, with little dryness and a slight acidity that improved the sharpness. Raising the temperature a little more to the upper end of the range (kamikan or hot-kan) made it even easier to drink as the warmth seeped into the body. It is good both cold and hot, and goes well with food. We recommend Kamikan. It went well with homemade meatballs stewed in sweet and spicy sauce. Miyamanishiki Polishing ratio 59 Alcohol 15%.

The top aroma is sweet. When you drink it, the sweetness and acidity rush into the mouth, giving it a slightly carbonated feeling. It has a nice sharpness and a slightly dry aftertaste. It is better suited to be enjoyed with food than on its own. The aroma is subtle and fruity. It went well with the gizzard with onion ponzu from a convenience store. It is very good as a mid-meal drink. The price is reasonable. When warmed to lukewarm, it became sweeter and tastier. The aroma changed to that of rice, and the soft sweetness of the sake became crisp when lukewarm, which is a new sensation. This is delicious. Even if it is warmed up, it is delicious without losing its Kamerei character. If you want to feel the slightly carbonated and spicy taste, you should drink it cold, and if you want to feel the soft sweetness and warmth, you should drink it lukewarm. The top aroma is strong and fruity. When you drink it, a soft sweetness spreads and it is refreshingly crisp. This is delicious. Anyway, the aroma is pleasant and elegant. No sourness or bitterness was detected. I drank it by itself, but it was delicious. It seems to be good with food. Maybe because it is in an aluminum can, it has a freshness. The initial aroma is sweet like caramel. When you drink it, you will be able to taste the robust sweetness, a hint of sourness, and a moderate bitterness. There is also a slight carbonation. The aroma is gorgeous and fruity. It has a rather heavy and sweet impression. It seems to be better on its own. It seems to go well with sweet food during the meal. It went well with dorayaki. Is it similar to Genmai's special junmai or Jyugendai Kuroemon? Aizan Polishing ratio 59 Alcohol 15%.

There is almost no top notes. The wine is dry on the palate, but the smooth, soft texture gives the impression of a mildly dry wine. It has a slightly alky taste. There is not much of a hint of incense. Light and refreshing. Better with food than on its own. The label on the back said to serve it cold or lukewarm, so I used a Twinbird sake warmer to warm it up to lukewarm and it really came into its own. The aroma is mild, but the mouthfeel is soft and easy to drink. It is smooth and refreshing, but soft and smooth at the same time. It has an image of purity. It is easier to drink lukewarm. Good with food. Good sharpness. Goes well with shaomai and shrimp anchovies. Delicious lukewarm. Hitogokochi Polishing ratio 59 Alcohol 15%.

The initial aroma is sweet and honey-like. When you drink it, the sweetness and acidity spread and gradually become sharp. It is delicious. The nose is subtly fruity. The sweetness of the rice comes out in full force, and it has a smooth texture like white wine. It goes well with sushi and yellowtail soup. It is more delicious during a meal than on its own. If Mizuo Nama Ippon was a champagne the other day, this special junmai is like a white wine. It went very well with Sanpokan jelly from Ueda City. The initial aroma is like sugar. When you drink it, a juicy, slightly carbonated, sweet, deliciously acidic, slightly bitter aroma rushes in and is quickly quenched. This is delicious. It is rather sour. It is good on its own, but it is also good during a meal. The aroma is slightly fruity. It has a profound feeling, but it can be drunk lightly. It goes well with pork shabu-shabu and crab shabu-shabu. The sourness is addictive. It is easy to drink. I drank four glasses of it. It is my favorite! There is a popping sound when the bottle is opened. The top aroma is junmai-style, with a honey-like aroma. When you drink it, it has a juicy, gentle sweetness and acidity, and it cuts right through. The bottle opened without a sound and without incident. When poured, there was no bubbling or fizziness. The top aroma is of Junmai type. When you drink it, a slight carbonation and strong acidity come rushing in. It is sharp and goes down smoothly. The acidity is more noticeable than the sweetness. It has the image of being acidic and slightly bitter. It is like a white wine and goes very well with pizza and chicken. This wine is good with food. It is light, but has a robust flavor, so it goes well with strong flavored foods. The sourness of the wine was delicious, and on the second day, the sourness eased and a sweetness emerged. This is delicious. Favorite Yamada Nishiki Polishing ratio 59 17% alcohol by volume

The initial aroma is like honey. When you drink it, it is sweet and slightly bitter, with a pleasant bitterness that gradually fades away. This is delicious. The overt aroma is also fruity. The rich sweetness, a little spiciness, and a little bitterness are well balanced. The aftertaste is sometimes tangy, and the accent is also delicious. It also has a slightly heavy feeling. It goes well with meat dumplings stewed in sweet and spicy sauce and kibidango (a souvenir from Okayama). Is it similar to Kuroemon XVI? Repeat for the second time I especially like it! The top aroma is that of junmai (pure rice). When you drink it, it has the umami of rice and a little dryness, and it is crisp and clean. The taste has a classical image with a slight alcohol aftertaste, but it is not bothersome. The aroma is pleasant and fruity. It is easy to drink and is better with food than on its own. It goes well with the chicken tatsuta bento (bento boxed lunch box) at other bento shops. Is it similar to Ichidrop Nidrop? It tastes better when it is well chilled. The alkuma was cute. It is excellent both on its own and with food. There is not much of a hint of incense. It has a different aspect from the robust, classical image of other Nishinomoto wines. As the label on the back says, it is refreshing, light, and easy to drink. The acidity is addictive and very tasty. It went well with a bowl of negitoro (negitoro rice bowl), homemade tuna, yakitori from the supermarket, and miso soup with crab. It is very tasty with miso soup. It is my favorite! The top aroma is weak, like sweet sake. The first thing you get is the supernatant, which is a crisp, dry, acidic, bitter, and juicy image. It has a nice sharpness. Next, it is stirred. It is delicious with a slightly creamy taste added to the tangy, dry, acidic and bitter taste. It tastes better during the meal than on its own. As the temperature rises, the sweetness comes out. Before Dawn goes very well with a meal. It went well with my homemade hamburger steak. It goes well with a mixture of ketchup and sauce. Dawn Mae goes well with anything, Japanese or Western food. It goes well with strong flavors. The tanginess is different from that of nigori sake, which is junmai (pure rice) sake. Also, the image of Junmai is more bitter. Compared to nigori from Kawanakajima, Kawanakajima has a sweeter image. My favorite Miyamanishiki Rice polishing ratio 60 Alcohol 18%.

The top aroma is gorgeous and fruity. When you drink it, you get the image of a sweet, light, and dry wine, and it goes down smoothly. After that, a sweet and bitter aftertaste comes gradually, with a slight alcohol taste at the end. The hints are fruity. It is better with food than on its own. It goes well with simmered soboro and cured ham. I think it goes well with salty foods. The alcohol taste was weaker than that of Tatsunogin Hi-ire. I prefer it to hi-ire. Anyway, the aroma is good.
