The initial aroma is slightly smoky. When you drink it, a slight carbonation and mild sweet and sour taste spreads and a slightly complex and pleasant bitterness quickly dissipates. This is delicious. It has the image of a summer sake. I didn't feel much of a hint of fragrance. It is good both on its own and with food. Goes well with caprese and tuna sashimi. Good cosmetics. Purchased by the bottle.
