It is dangerous because it is so easy to drink despite its 16% alcohol content. I like the dryness of Daishinshu. It is good both by itself and during a meal. It seems to go well with a variety of dishes during the meal. It went well with omelette rice, stir-fried chicken skin with peppers, bonito tataki, and negitoro no nameko.
