When the bottle is opened, there is a gas escaping sound. There is almost no top notes. When you drink it, it has a gentle sweetness, acidity, and a slight carbonation. A pleasant bitterness comes in slowly and quickly. Fresh and juicy. This is delicious. It is easy to drink. I finished the first sake in no time at all. The aroma has a hint of akabu. It is really delicious when well chilled. It is like a light white wine with a slight carbonation. It is delicious both with food and on its own. It goes well with homemade curry. Does it go well with spicy food? On the other hand, it didn't go well with whole bananas, so maybe it doesn't go well with sweet things? Similar to Yamasan?
Particularly my favorite.
