There was a sizzling sound when the bottle was opened. The top aroma is of a slight sourness. When you drink it, a slight carbonation and sourness spreads and it is very refreshing. It is delicious. The slightly fermented sourness did not give it much sweetness, but it was pleasantly dry and easy to drink. The subtle aroma of akatake (a red beech tree) is in the nose. It is good both on its own and with food. It went well with homemade hamburgers with starchy sauce and somen noodles. The second day, it became sweeter and more umami. Delicious.
