This is delicious. It is rich, but has a mild and gentle mouthfeel that makes it easy to drink. The aroma is fruity. It is good both on its own and with food. It has a sweet image. It goes well with negitoro (tuna) and pork shabu-shabu. Since it is a gift, I would like to enjoy it carefully, but I think it will soon be finished. Is it similar to Genshu Mai's Kinmon Nishiki? or Nabeshima?
