There was a sizzling sound when the bottle was opened. The top aroma is slightly fruity. When you drink it, it tastes sweet and spicy, with a nice zing to it. This is delicious. The slightly sweet taste makes it easy to drink. Despite the strong name "Arashibashi," it is sweet and spicy and very tasty. The subtle fruity aroma is very faint. It is good both on its own and with food. It went well with shishamo fish, koya-tofu (dried tofu), and Kawanakajima white peaches. I would like to try other Yamori wines as well.
Is it similar to Genmai's special junmai or Yomomae no Namaichibon?
I especially like it!
