When the bottle was opened, there was a pusher sound. The top aroma is like brown sugar. When you drink it, the dry taste, acidity, and pleasant bitterness are all there. It has a complex flavor and is delicious. I did not feel much of the lingering aroma. It is good on its own, but it would be better as an in-between-dinner drink. I tried drinking it warm, but the acidity prevailed. It went well with steamed potatoes with ketchup and mayonnaise.
