The top aroma was of pure rice and brown rice. When it was drunk, it had a dry taste with a full-bodied, rich, slightly astringent flavor. The overt aroma had a fruity feel. The alcohol content was strong at 19%, and the can said that it could be drunk on the rocks, so I tried it on the rocks. I think it is best to drink it on the rocks while eating.
It went well with Hotto Motto's Katsu-don (pork cutlet served on top of a bowl of rice) and petit puff pastry.
