It is 16% alcohol, but you can drink it without hesitation. It is dangerous. The image is like champagne. It is not spicy and has a dry atmosphere, but it is easy to drink. It seems to be good both by itself and during a meal. As the temperature rises, the sweetness comes out. I would like to try other Machida breweries. The sweetness is not too much. If it is written "nigori" (nigori is a word that means "cloudy" in Japanese), does it have a sparkling taste? It was so delicious that I drank 4 cups of sake. I regret it.
It went well with Genghis Khan and Shime Saba.
Is it similar to Sanchi at Nobuta or Senkou UA Uchijobanabi at a home party?
