Minakata Tokubetsu Junmai Nama 1400 yen (4 gou bottle) The last day in Wakayama on a business trip. Looking for a local sake that I had never had before, I CHOICE this one! The aroma is light and soft with a hint of sweetness 💜. The first attack is also a delicious sake with a gentle fruity mouthfeel, then the sweetness and spiciness mix together and disappear. ☺️ Today's snacks are hinepon, pickled cucumber and burdock chips! We will only enjoy the hotel. ‼️

Today's snacks were scallop sashimi and keema curry! The aroma is a stable sweet ginjo aroma ❣️ and the initial attack is also stable sweet and juicy, a definite sake! The sweetness blends smoothly with the dryness of the keema curry, and it goes down smoothly. CEL24 too delicious 😋.

Murasakyu Junmai Ginjyo Unfiltered Unrefined Harajuku Wave Label - 3,740 yen Today's snacks were wonton with ponzu sauce, avocado with tsukudani sauce, and natto omelette! We had a full day today, and for a good evening drink, we cooked together as a couple ‼️ CHOICE this one on the usual izakaya menu! The label on the back of the bottle says that there is a son of a judoist, so it is covered with a sake like my own child! The aroma is a light ginjo aroma💜The initial attack is slightly sweet, and the sake is firm, dry, and sharp! It's a great sake for a mealtime drink, and it lifts up the accompaniments without being habitual! Next time I would like to pair it with sashimi 😊.

Azumamine Junmai Ginjo Miyamanishiki Unfiltered 3234 yen Today's snacks were whale sashimi, mussel kimchi, and cold shabu salad! Not much aroma...the first attack is dry with little sweetness! I guess this dry sake goes well with the habitual whale. I also opened a bottle of salmon and tofu, a souvenir, which also goes well with this sake. ‼️

Shikishima Natsumeme Tokubetsu Junmai 1870 yen (4-pack bottle) On the last day of my business trip, the sake shop that recommended me a good sake last time introduced me to another good sake, and I CHOICE this one. ♡* The aroma is soft and thin with a hint of ginjo aroma💜. The first attack is mellow and sweet, like a raw sake, and later on it cuts through with spiciness. ♥️

Wakaevista - Junmai Ginjo 1496 yen (500ml) On the second day of my business trip, I enjoyed not one person's yakiniku but one person's Genghis Khan ‼️ beer and fresh Genghis Khan, and started the after-party at the hotel. I found an unusual drink at a nice liquor store 👀Nanjakorya👀. I bought it because I thought 🌟Marriage to baby star is such a thing. It comes with baby star. But but it's sake, so I bought a magurobutsu and started the party 🍶. The aroma is soft and light ginjo aroma💜The first attack is easy to drink sweet sake, but the end is sharp and tangy✋It goes well with buts. That's it for today. ‼️ I'll try the marriage with baby star tomorrow.

Hana Hato Junmai Ginjyo Nama-Ginjo Nama-Shu 700 yen This was the first sake I encountered at the second restaurant! It was very tasty with octagonal sashimi. Everything is delicious in Hokkaido, and the sake that goes with it is also delicious 💦.

Toukishi Junmai Ginjo Yamadanishiki Nakadori Hayasokujime Ichi-hiiru Unfiltered raw sake 3,520 yen Today's snacks are homemade pizza and yam. The aroma is a light ginjo aroma, and the first attack is a tight taste and a strong sweetness, followed by a strong bitterness, and the richness lingers in the mouth for a long time. Since the first glass was a smooth sake, the richness stood out even more, making it more of a sake to be sipped with a pinch of sake than a mealtime drink.

SUMIDA Junmai Ginjo Aizan Unfiltered Unrefined Nama Sake 3960 yen Today I went to Mt. Takao with my wife to bring my son some food! To go with it, I paired it with a bottle of Aizan (‼️). The aroma is a pretty good ginjo aroma 💜as you would expect from a figure 👏😊💕The first attack is the dark - sweetness of the wasanbon sugar and the thick, tenderness of the raw sake! Exactly the taste I like 😘. I wonder if Aizan is delicious ⁉️

Satsukuroman Junmai Daiginjo-shu, 1 time fire-infused, 4,300 yen Today's snacks were warmed eggplant, peppers, and mackerel simmered in miso 🐟. I had a very good impression of this sake when I had a bottle of Romain a long time ago, so I had high expectations for this sake. The aroma is banana-like ginjo aroma, the initial attack is clean but the taste is full of matte sweetness and sweet until the aftertaste... but the spiciness comes from the back at the end... delicious one ♥️ Romantic and delicious. 💕︎
