The aroma is a nice ginjo aroma💜The initial attack is sweet and spicy without being assertive‼️ delicious sake‼️ but elusive, so I would say it is a safe and delicious sake💕︎ I think this is the category of a good food sake😊.

YOKOYAMA SILVER10 Junmai Ginjyo Nama Sake 1639 yen (4-pack bottle) On the last day of my business trip, I got this one at another good liquor store‼️I love Yokoyama, but I didn't hesitate to CHOICE it when I saw that it was in limited stock😁. Today's snacks were gyoza nabe, soaked okra and gizzard ponzu‼️ Now, let's open the bottle! The aroma is a light ginjo-shu💜The first attack is the elegant sweetness of wasanbon sugar💜Then the bitterness kicks in and it's a beautiful sake😍Yummmm 😍. Yesterday's Kinzuki was delicious, but this one is no slouch either 💦 so let's compare 👀 Yokoyama Kinzumi Color: clear, pinkish Nose: Light ginjo aroma, milky sweet Sweetness: Wasanbon sugar, condensed milk-like sweetness Bitterness Gentle bitterness, lingering bitterness on the palate Overall impression Stable taste, unique taste ...So which is better in the end? ⁉️ They are both so good that I can't pick a winner. ...... but if I were to buy one for my wife as a gift... I'm not sure if I'd buy the Kinko's because I'm sure I'd get a lot more comments about it 🤣.

OCEAN99 Ginkai Unfiltered Nama-Ginjo Junmai Ginjo 1705 yen (4-Gou bottle) The local Chiba school we are rooting for was selected for the spring Koshien (the national baseball tournament), and my wife and I had a celebratory dinner 😊. Tonight's snacks are Kabu steak and chicken with garimayo (garlic mayo) 🥩 Since we're celebrating tonight, we're having a Chiba sake, this one 😁. I drink this sake every year so you can't go wrong ☝️ The aroma is a nice ginjo aroma💜The initial attack is slightly tangy, with an elegant sweetness coming through, and then a soft bitterness that finishes with a beautiful finish! As expected from Chiba...it's Kangiku. ‼️ We hope you will play an active role in Koshien and make the chance theme "Teruhiko" roar across the country and make it exciting 😊.

Fuji Masamune Junmai Ginjyo Unpasteurized Sake Yuyama no Fujii 3410 yen Today's snacks are kimchi nabe🍲 and horse sashimi🐴! Opened a bottle of this sake that I have not heard much about! The aroma is light ginjo-shu💜The initial attack is full of rich rice sweetness...later it breaks off with bitterness, but there is something left over...ummmm bitterness? Maybe it would taste better with a little more time 😋. I'll keep you posted: ‼️

We wanted to have the best dinner even with leftovers ...... so we opened a bottle of this one ‼️ The aroma smells of fresh melon sweetness💜The first attack is full of the elegant sweetness of wasanbon sugar, and later the bitterness starts to win out and the sweetness is sharp. ‼️ Ori is also thin and beautiful sake. Delicious 😋.

Matsutake Mushroom Sake - 100% Matsutake Mushrooms from the Ueda area It's very cold tonight and I wanted to drink hot sake, so I opened a bottle of this one that I got at New Year's 😊. The aroma has a strong ...... alcohol smell, no matsutake aroma😱The first attack is like a thin sake, I can't even taste the matsutake 😅The second glass is a bit of ori? I can't taste the matsutake 😅The second glass is mixed and a bit of oli? The second cup was poured hot with a slight ‼️ matsutake flavor, not bad but not what I expected 💦.

I drank it yesterday but I don't remember ....... Kihei Omachi Junmai Ginjo Namaisouju My sister-in-law and her husband went back home and bought two kinds of local sake as gifts for the New Year party ‼️ Here is the first one! Sake made with Hakuto yeast from Okayama Prefecture! Hibiki looks so delicious 😋. The aroma doesn't smell of white peaches, but of rice 🌾. The first attack is a little fruity, but not white peachy, and the sweetness of the sake has a strong rice flavor! Today's snack is hot tofu! Sake with a crispy side dish! It goes well with the dry side dish!

The aroma is clear with a hint of ginjo sweetness 😍the first attack is more sweet than the aroma💜and then comes the spicy bitterness...delicious 🥰Aarashibari is not what you think of as slightly carbonated, refreshing and low alcohol, this sake is solid and my favorite type 😘Cosy and a good sake. I found a good sake with good cost performance 😊😊😊😊😊.
