I was looking for cheap sake to save money since I am meeting my junior colleague in Aichi on Thursday. ...... I found this one and immediately got it. ‼️ Tonight's snacks are Hinepon, Chinese salad, and cold tofu. ‼️‼️ I also saved money here. ‼️ The aroma is a bit harsh alcohol smell...... but not bad 🤔The first attack is dark sweet fruity! Tasty 😋 dark 😋 cheap 😋 and the best in cost performance 🤤.

Manjusen LIMITED EDITION Junmai Ginjo Yamadanishiki 3300yen Today I went to Mt. Takao with a couple of friends for the first time in over 20 years 🤗climbed Mt. Takao 🗻 and relaxed in a super public bath ♨️ for 15 hours, going back in time to my youth and having fun ✋. After returning home, I opened a bottle of this one ‼️ with my old memories as a snack! The aroma is gentle and good💜Ginjo aroma💜. The first attack is the sweetness of wasanbon sugar, followed by a crisp and spicy sake. It was gone in a blink of an eye 😭

Kamoizumi Aosen Junmai Ginjo Nama Sake, 1,595 yen (4-pack bottle) I came home from a business trip and today's snack was Negima Nabe (Negima hot pot) ‼️ I had a glass of SAKASAI NO YAWAKE first, and then had a second glass of this one! The aroma is a bit more like the sake than ginjo, and the first attack is heavy and sweet. The initial attack is heavy, with a mildly sweet aftertaste. I'll stop after one glass and try it tomorrow or later 👀.

Yukidaruma: 1950 yen (4-pack bottle) On the last night of my business trip, I went to a sake shop where I could choose my favorite sake, and saw a sign saying "Yukidaruma is now in stock ⛄❄" at ....... The usual An-chan was in the middle of serving customers and didn't seem to be able to help me choose, so I was glad to meet him! GET this one 😆. I can't believe it's that time of the year already 😳. My memory of Snowman is that I bought it because it was famous for its delicious sake and I kept it on its side and the fridge swallowed half of it 😫😭😓. I had no idea there was a hole in the cap 💦 I learned my lesson✨. Well, I can't bring it home tonight, so I will enjoy a bottle by myself 😚😚. Today's snacks were bonito tataki, spinach with sesame paste and Yoshinoya pickles. I guess that's what you get for drinking at a hotel 🥺. Now, open the bottle‼️Swishwashwashwash✨️✨️~Sweet aroma💜💜The nigori part is also matte and delicious 🤗🤗. Sweet and juicy from the first attack! Calpis soda for adults 😚. It's really delicious and awesome! I will enjoy it tonight. 🙇‍♂️

Toyosawa Junmai Sake - Fire-brewed This sake is only available at Kacchan's popular bar. I went to the restaurant where I had previously received the Narazuke cream cheese that had impressed me so much, and was told that the izakaya was closed, but that only the master would serve sake like a BAR. I was told that this was the only sake that is sold wholesale only at this restaurant. I can only vaguely remember it from my second visit, but I think it was delicious with a firm sweetness of rice and a sharpness of bitterness. ...... We were also served a firm cream Nara-soaked cream cheese, which was awesome! I remember it clearly 😅😅.

Kido Agara no Nama-zake Junmai-shu 1,430 yen (4-pack bottle) I arrived in Kansai on a business trip this week‼️ and as usual, I went to a liquor store to buy some things 😊I've had a lot of Kido, but I've never tasted this Kido yet and got it! Today's snacks were gizzards with wasabi ponzu sauce and fried white fish. Kido is the most delicious sake with the best cost performance, so we have high expectations for this one! Agara" means "our" in Japanese, and it seems to be brewed with Yamada-Nishiki made in their own rice field and polished at a low 80%! More and more promising ‼️ The aroma is of Kido 💜The initial attack is dark sweet, then darker bitter and dry. It's like a raw sake❣️Kido is good for everything 😋.

Sake Dawn Junmai Daiginjyo 2300yen (4 gos. bottles) Once a year I look forward to this 😊Sake Nouveau👍. This is the 4th year in a row I've pre-ordered and purchased 😚 but the price has gone up 100 yen every year and I think I'm almost at my limit 😭. Today's fish is Chicken nabe with broth of sardines 😋🍲✨. The first attack is a sweetness like Wasanbon sugar from the shwashuwa ......, followed by a bitter taste and a long lasting sweet and bitter aftertaste 🎉 Delicious sake this year too 😆. My wife also loves this one😍. I'd love to taste and drink it, but we ran out of the first batch in no time 😭. I'll save the other half for tomorrow or later!
