Ryujin Junmai Ginjo Namazume
The aroma is a gentle sweet ginjo aroma, and the initial attack is also gentle sweetness and... a soft touch...
Hmmm... Rather than using difficult words to describe it... it's a question of whether or not it's good or bad...
Too good...
Izumo Fuji Junmai Daiginjo Nama Sake
Opened today: ‼️
The aroma is different from the past with a mild ginjo aroma, and the initial attack is sweet and delicious, not unlike the Chugoku region...more like melted water with wasanbon sugar 💦.
So good that I had to order another glass.
Taisho no Tsuru Blame Oshikiri Nama Junmai Ginjo
It seems to be a limited edition of 60 bottles, and this is all you can drink... is it good...?
The aroma smells a little alcoholic, but the initial attack is more elegant and delicious than before. ♥️
I'm still going ‼️
Sentoku Kinzuku Aromatic Umakuchi
This week I went on a business trip and had all-you-can-drink at my usual restaurant✨It's been two months since I was unable to get in last month due to a private party.
I had heard every time that they didn't have any Miyazaki sake, so they stocked it for me... and they even saved the rest for me... the best store 👍the best master 👍!
Now, the last taste of the 47 prefectures...
The aroma smells a bit alcoholic... but it also tastes sweet and delicious 🤤It's at room temperature so it's easy to taste and the first attack is a gentle sweetness, unexpectedly delicious ♥️
Good evening, TOMO 😃.
Congratulations on your national conquest ㊗️🎉!
It's really special that you stocked Miyazaki sake 🍶 at tomo's request and kept it for us until we came 🤗.
Good morning Jay & Nobby, ☀️
Thank you for all your comments.
We have finally achieved this 😋.
I really appreciate the pub here. I hope to revisit tomorrow to contribute 😊 just a drinker 🤣.
Ginrei-Gassan Junmai Ginjo Tsukiyama no Yuki Dewa Sanzu 3245 yen
Today we got bamboo shoots 👍they are a brand of something that does not need to be removed from the water...I forgot.
I forgot the name of the brand....
After drinking 3 kinds of sake...I decided to open this one too... m(_ _)m
The aroma is definitely delicious, and the first attack is smooth, but it is spicy and lingers afterwards.
Raifuku Shunyo Junmai-shu 3190 yen
Today's snacks were fava beans grown at my parents' house, mullet, hon tuna, and engawa sashimi: ‼️
The aroma is something I have never felt before, and I wonder if this is Shunyo rice. I don't like the aroma because it is a bit stuck in my nose. The initial attack is mild and sweet, and the sake lingers for a long time. This is something else. I want this level of peculiarity when I want to change the taste.
Hyakujuro Junmai Ginjo Aonami 2970 yen
Today's side dish is dried hokke (hokke), simmered chicken wing and okra with sesame paste!
The aroma is a fresh ginjo aroma, and the initial attack is refreshing and delicious! Many of the sake were sweet, but this one was refreshingly dry! It is the very same light and dry sake that was popular in the old days. 💕︎It is a nice match for sweet and dark chicken wings and fatty hokke (hokke)!
Kudokibe Daiginjo-Chugumi Kugarami 4,510 yen
The work after GW is over and it's Friday.
Today's snacks are stir-fried eggplant and bonjiri, meat and radish, and simmered Japanese butterbur....
The aroma smells a little like alcohol...maybe because it's altenic🤔The first attack goes in smoothly and tastes deliciously spicy...I was expecting sweetness because of the lees, but the spicy sharpness stands out more than the sweetness and it's an unexpected taste. As a food sake, it has this level of sharpness.
Toukoru Sakura Junmai-shu, 1,540 yen (4 gos. bottle)
I went to visit Sawara and got it at a nice liquor store. 3 months later, I opened the bottle tonight. ‼️
Today's snack was high rolls and cream cheese salmon from Costco! The aroma is a bit alcoholic, and the initial attack is light and easy to drink. If you're used to sake made from raw sake, it may seem a bit thin, but it's easy to drink! It's a good sake for a mealtime drink.
Mine-no-Hakubai Junmai Ginjo 1595 yen
On the last day of GW, we opened this bottle which was a gift for us sake lovers 😘 Today's snacks are steak, fried oysters, coleslaw and boiled fuki (Japanese butterbur).
Today's snacks were steak, fried oysters, coleslaw, and butterbur boiled down in a pot at Lopia since we didn't go anywhere during GW!
The aroma has an alcoholic smell and the first attack is very ricey, like the sake I used to drink in the past. Of course, it is not a bad one, but a tasty one! I'm comparing it to Isobojiman, but I think Isobojiman goes better with a meal. I'd like to try this one on its own 🥺.
Isobojiman Jungin Tojo Yamadanishiki Nama-Nishiki Unpasteurized Sake 4,972 yen
We opened this bottle on the second day of the second half of Golden Week. Instead of going out, we will have a luxurious sake.
Today's snacks are shrimp wontons and onion slices from Shirako Town!
The aroma is a delicious ginjo aroma! The first attack is a mild wasanbon sugar sweetness followed by a spicy hot sharpness! Ahhhh, delicious!
What I noticed today is that the taste of sake changes depending on the snacks you are eating. It can be sweet or spicy!
Marriage is very important!
Ushu Junmai Daiginjo 4400 yen
The second half of Golden Week has started 😊This evening we opened a bottle from here.
Today's fish was dried barracuda, pork belly radish and eringi mushrooms stir-fried with butter 🍄.
The aroma smells a bit of alcohol...something I haven't had lately. The first attack is full of sweetness and a strong sense of rice...gradually the dryness comes in and it cuts through. It can be used as a food sake!
Mitsuo Yamakawa 2024 Haru 2,200 yen (4-pack bottle)
Yamagata Project...the sake I wanted to try. Today is the last day of the first half of GW, I'm going!
I prepared 1kg of kakuni (stewed cubes) in the morning with meat from the Furusato tax return, and now we are going to have a dinner!
The aroma is a slightly light ginjo aroma. The initial attack is a little tangy, but the sweetness is moderate and the sake is refreshing. I was surprised because I thought it would be a more laid-back sake, but it is a nice marriage with the dark Kakuni.
Fudo ORIGARUMI Junmai-Ginjo Unfiltered Nama-Genjou 1650 yen (4-Gou bottle)
Local Sake on the second day of GW👀!
Today's entrée was sashimi of tuna and deep fried blood of the tuna.
The sake has a delicious ginjo aroma! The first attack is sweet and juicy with a tangy flavor! The first attack is tingling, sweet and juicy!
Akabu Sake Mirai NewBorn 4840 yen
Today is GW and we are going to drink a lot of sake.
First, let's open a bottle of this one. The aroma is sweet and bitter like chocolate 💜The first attack is a little bit sweet and unique taste...is this the taste of Sake Mirai? Delicious 🤤.
Kamikawa Taisetsu Junmai Sake: 1650 yen (4-pack bottle)
On the last day in Hokkaido, we got this sake, which is reputed to be a delicious sake sold at SECOMA!
We didn't have a refrigerator, so we had it cold (room temperature).
It has the sweetness and umami of rice, and is a junmai sake. I always prefer to drink it cold, so it was not so refreshing and dry, but rather, it was just like the sake I like. I would like to drink it chilled next time.
Banshu Issen Junmai Daiginjo Kitanishiki Nama Shippo 3,520 yen
Today's snacks are ginger gyoza, natto gyoza, and cured ham chashu!
The theme seems to be "Junmai Daiginjo for everyday enjoyment," and it looks cosy.
The aroma is strong and unique. The first attack is sweet and sour like lychee. The first attack is sweet and sour like lychee, with a little bit of sourness. The second and third sips make the umami and the cleanness stand out more and more, and I can't help but go back for more! Delicious🤗
Mansaku no Hana Kame Label GOLD Junmai Daiginjo
4455 yen
Today's snacks were wakame seaweed, grilled cabbage and sauteed mushrooms 🍄.
The aroma is a fresh ginjo aroma💜The first attack is sweet-sweet first, but soon the spiciness comes, mixes and mingles, and lingers for a long time, but the mouthfeel is refreshing and delicious.
The second sip rolls off the tongue, and I love the good ginjo aroma that passes through the nose. Delicious 😋.
