I started drinking with these guys and the first shot was light and dry like water and I opened a bottle of 😘ྀི😘ྀི😘ྀི and somehow opened this one too✋. I opened a bottle of this one too! I'm worried about whether it's sweet and goes well with the snacks, but it's ....... The aroma is a nice ginjo aroma💜. The first attack is a little tingling and refreshing, but it's a delicious sake with sweetness too‼️ I'm not sure if it's a summer sake or not, but it's refreshing and goes well with sashimi!

The initial attack is smooth and dry and it cuts through the dryness, making it a good sake for sashimi. It's been a while since I've enjoyed a light, dry sake. We wanted to drink good sake, so we opened a bottle of this one: ‼️ The aroma is a delicious ginjo aroma. ❗️ The first attack is a thick sweetness, which is quickly followed by a bitter pungency and a long-lasting aftertaste. My two sons returned home and we had a grand dinner 🍶. We toasted with a local beer as a souvenir, and opened this bottle‼️ son #1 also took a sip, and he said, "Umah ( ºRºRº)! The aroma of ginjo, sweetness, and umami. The aroma of ginjo is fragrant, sweet and juicy, and the sweetness and juiciness of this dark sake is just the kind of sake that I like. ‼️ It is delicious. ‼️ It is a sake that has a strong bitter taste and a sharp finish from the sweetness of the dark sake. I'm going to go for it 😚.

After offering a variety of sake, we opened a bottle of this one: ‼️ We expected sweet sake as there were many sweet sake such as beetle, stag beetle, snowman, etc. This one was also expected to be sweet. Hououmida Hongin Unfiltered Hon Nama 2,640 yen Today's snacks include a homemade ankimo terrine, a grilled bonito tataki, and negitoro...all perfect with sake. ‼️ Last night I drank an Ozeki daiginjo that I received, but I am used to fruity local sake, so I didn't enjoy it at all and didn't post anything about it. So tonight we opened a bottle of this one: ‼️ Like last night, it has brewer's alcohol in it, but the aroma is sweet ginjo, the initial attack is fruity sweet, and the strong bitterness comes later! It still has an alteness, but it's completely different from last night's. ‼️ This bitterness goes well with the ankimo~.

Fuji yesterday and returning home, here's what I drank: ❗️ I wanted to make my entrée closer to Shizuoka oden, so I threw in some black hanpen that I bought as a souvenir 🍢🍢🍢. We also have deep fried tofu with udon noodles and dashimaki tamago (rolled egg) instead of tamago (egg) ❗️ I have no complaints about the entrée! We opened a bottle of this one that had been sleeping: ‼️ The aroma is a light ginjo aroma! The aroma is a light ginjo aroma, and you can feel the pichi pichi pichi pichi, followed by a lot of sweetness. It's still delicious. ♥️

The entrée made me want sake, so I opened a new bottle of this one. The aroma is sweet and sour goodness💜. The first attack is a combination of moderate sweetness and sourness, which I love ♥️, but my wife is not so sure 💦...so this one is for me and me alone 🤣. GoyaThe red fruits with ripe seeds are very sweet and go well with sake. 💕︎
