The 19th hole was postponed due to work and we started drinking at home. The aroma💜is indeed a solid ginjo aroma‼️Popular sake is exceptional even before you drink it🥃The initial attack is mouthwateringly sweet and gradually a mild sweetness spreads on the palate, followed later by a moderate bitterness and a long lingering finish. It's delicious. ♥️This is great with a side dish of bean sprout pork rolls with shiso myoga sauce! Now all that's left to do is ...... poet-chan Go for it 1st round 💪!

Senzuke unfiltered raw sake special junmai 1760 yen (4-unit bottle) The Tokaido Shinkansen train has been suspended due to a derailment accident before the first departure! When the train finally started, I went on ahead to Hamamatsu (......) because it wouldn't start even if I kept quiet! From Hamamatsu, we changed conventional lines twice to Nagoya! After 45 minutes of waiting in Nagoya, the train finally departed✋We managed to arrive in Osaka a little after noon, and after rushing around to see our customers, we were already exhausted. 😵‍💫 Today was supposed to be a rest day, but I needed to replenish my energy, so I went to my usual liquor store! The ladies selected this one for me! When I opened the bottle, the fruity aroma spread out and it looked delicious 🤤 Today's snacks were Hinepon and mochi nori salt bread 😋. The first attack is slightly tangy, but then the sweetness and spiciness come in and it's delicious 😋. I guess the cost and taste of special junmai is right on!

Last night we had dinner with our supplier. It was the first time in about 10 years that they had been to this restaurant, and it turned out to be a Jyushiyo Festival 😊. First of all, the main round ...... is consistently delicious! The sashimi was a nice match and disappeared in no time 😊. Next up was the Gin-Sen...... which is a sake that can only be drunk at this time of year. It is fresh and has a nice shwash feeling, with a clean sweetness and a good bitter cut, definitely delicious! Next up was the Nakadori Akagi Oumachi Kamimoro Shiro...... snacks changed to the main course of tempura, and this one was a perfect balance of firm sweetness and moderate bitterness and spiciness, just like Oumachi. ❤️ I think this was my favorite of the day. ❤️ The last one is Orikagarami Nama sake...... and it's also delicious with a thin ori that brings out the sweetness. In the end, I enjoyed four different kinds, all of which were perfectly delicious 😋💯💮Suspects are right, Jyushidai appare‼️

Tenpoichi Moeibuki Junmai I have dinner with a salesman from my old agency a couple of times a year. This is a Choice from the all-you-can-drink menu at a nice izakaya (Japanese-style bar) we went to last time! It has a refreshing aroma and is smooth, light and dry. It is a delicious sake that goes well with a meal, and we also had some okawari.

Kinzumi Light nigori Junmai Unfiltered Nama-shu 1,540 yen (4 gos. bottle) We found this sake at a liquor store and it was one of the best 3 sakes we had last year out of more than 100 different kinds of sake 👀I wonder how it will be this year ❓❓ Today's snacks were bonito tataki, hinepon, burdock root and lotus root salad🥗. Now, when I open the bottle, a sweet fruity aroma comes in with a shuwashu, and it looks delicious this year too 🤤. The first attack was a real shwash, and then came the dark sweetness and dark bitterness, which is the type of sake I like in the dark type! I don't even remember what it tasted like last year, and I don't know if it's the same, but it's good again this year! The price has gone up a bit, but in this day and age, they are conscientious about keeping it at this level✋. I think it's one of the BEST 3 so far this year: ‼️
