Now, let's open the bottle‼️The aroma is light💜The first attack is sweetness of Wasanbon sugar, then spiciness comes and the deposit lasts for a long time. ♥️ I thought the image of Oze no Yukidoke was sweet and juicy, but this spiciness is nice 💕︎

Choyo Fukumusume Active Winter Junmai Ginjo Orikigarami Nama Sake The third glass was...yes✋my favorite, Junmai Ginjo Orikagarami! You can tell from the aroma that it's orikagara because of the gentle sweet aroma. ☺️ I didn't know about this sake, but there's something about Yamaguchi Prefecture's sake that just fits 🥰. The spiciness from the sweetness of the rice comes out ✋ delicious😁. There was no counter available, so I drank alone at a table‼️ and as I got drunk, the spaciousness made me 1000% happy... I drank and commented, drank and commented 💬 repeatedly. This guy is delicious ‼️

Today's snacks were gyoza nabe, soaked okra and gizzard ponzu‼️ Now, let's open the bottle! The aroma is a light ginjo-shu💜The first attack is the elegant sweetness of wasanbon sugar💜Then the bitterness kicks in and it's a beautiful sake😍Yummmm 😍. Yesterday's Kinzuki was delicious, but this one is no slouch either 💦 so let's compare 👀 Yokoyama Kinzumi Color: clear, pinkish Nose: Light ginjo aroma, milky sweet Sweetness: Wasanbon sugar, condensed milk-like sweetness Bitterness Gentle bitterness, lingering bitterness on the palate Overall impression Stable taste, unique taste ...So which is better in the end? ⁉️ They are both so good that I can't pick a winner. ...... but if I were to buy one for my wife as a gift... I'm not sure if I'd buy the Kinko's because I'm sure I'd get a lot more comments about it 🤣.
