Today's snacks were fried chicken, fried kuwai, yaki-sale, and negitoro (green onion toro)....... I hope next year will be a good year too......, so I opened a bottle of this one! The aroma is clear with a hint of ginjo sweetness 😍the first attack is more sweet than the aroma💜and then comes the spicy bitterness...delicious 🥰Aarashibari is not what you think of as slightly carbonated, refreshing and low alcohol, this sake is solid and my favorite type 😘Cosy and a good sake. I found a good sake with good cost performance 😊😊😊😊😊.

Ona Tokubetsu Junmai Nigori Nama Sake 3190 yen I was introduced to this and another bottle of nigori sake at a liquor store in Tokyo that my wife would like. The other bottle is a famous sake and we will drink it next time. Today's snack was teppan-yaki! We can have everything 👍 We have horse mackerel, lamb, pancakes, baked sweet potato, and so on. Since it's just the two of us, we're camping at home every day 🎉. Well, first of all, we drank only the top clear water. It's a delicious drink with a sweet taste 👍My wife praised it too⭐️ and asked me to buy another bottle already✋. I also had a bottle of Ori mixed in 😵‍💫. It turns into milky sweetness, which I like 🥰. My wife, on the contrary, felt that the top clearings were sweeter 😂I guess everyone's taste buds are totally different‼️

Special Junmai + Akita...... this is a sure thing even before you drink it☝️☝️☝️ The nose is very mellow and sweet with a hint of ginjo aroma❤️ྀིThe initial attack is clean, sweet and easy to drink✨✨Ah, I knew it was a definite special junmai‼️ too good☝️ not habitual, sweet but not too tart, not too smooth and not too much of a distraction from the fish‼️ definitely in my top 10 for this year‼️

Suminoe watch out! Junmai Ginjyo Nakadare, 3300 yen Today we had teppanyaki twice in two days! I'm addicted to the multi-griddle and love it✋. There are various snacks to go with it! First of all, dried mackerel with mirinboshi (a kind of dried fish)! Shrimp with basil salt, chicken and homemade amacho! The aroma is a very nice ginjo aroma! Looks sweet and delicious 🤤. The first attack is the sweetness of wasanbon sugar, mattari and delicious sake ♥️ yummy yummy 😋! I was so busy with the teppanyaki that I didn't have time to feel it and in no time at all 😭
