Dissolution is popped and fired ‼️ It's light nigori and looks delicious 🤤 The first attack is shwashy, sweet and juicy and tasty. It's a bit more fussy than the Saku, and many of my relatives guessed Saku, but I enjoy it. ‼️

Today 14 of my relatives came on a trip ‼️ to a liquor store near the hotel, and we had a chance to purchase some sake to commemorate the occasion! We toasted with 9 cups of sake 🍻🍻. I was given a lecture at the liquor store about how to drink chilled sake and let it sit at room temperature for 5 minutes before drinking to enhance the aroma and taste. I delayed the toast again this time and drank it as the master said. The aroma was gorgeous and sweet💜The first attack was the sweetness of wasanbon sugar, followed by the sweetness of rice. All my relatives are happy with the taste ✋.

tomoKamikigen Junmai Ginjo 2200 yen (4 gos. bottle) We opened this bottle last night as a gift. It is a famous sake, so we had high expectations! We had cabbage nabe and fried squid to go with it. When I opened the bottle, I could smell a little strong alcohol smell. The first attack was a strong sweetness, followed by a strong acidity. It was dark and thick, which was a bit disappointing since I am used to the freshness of new sake these days. The label on the back of the bottle recommended heating it up, so I will try heating it up tomorrow.
