I was curious about the face of the thankful Daikoku and ended up purchasing the sake. So-called "Jacket purchase. A little sourness, then a delicious taste, but it feels mediocre... It's delicious, but it just feels that way... The specs are good, too. Apparently, my work wasn't up to par today, so... I guess I felt that way. It doesn't go well every day. Still, I'm thankful for the sake, because it never complains I'm thankful for that😅 I'll try another spec!

A souvenir brought by my brother. A local product from Komatsu. I thought to myself, "Kannon-shita" is the name of a place, isn't it? I opened the bottle thinking, "I used to go there by bicycle..." and opened the bottle. It has a good aroma, but it has an alkaline taste, and if you subtract the brand name "Noriguchi," it might be average... 😗. I wasn't really impressed... I felt it before, but I think the Nouguchi brand might be expensive but not cosy 🤔... I'm curious about the Junmai series, but it's too expensive to move on 😅

At a drinking party Long time no see "GANKI I still love this 🥰. The slight acidity is well balanced with the great umami. It's a great balance.... I always use the word "balanced" when describing a great sake, and this sake has it... The popular "piquancy" is good, but it makes me rediscover the original taste of sake... 😆. Delicious.

Laughing Four Seasons for the first time in a long time. I've never seen such a blue label before. And it was cheaper than I expected. It was cheaper than I expected...about 1600 yen, I think. I had an image of Shiki being a bit more expensive, but... and then I opened the bottle. It was very sweet and clear. Delicious as always. I guess that's what happens when the rice is polished to 50%. A little too clean... The impression is not too flashy, but the clear impression is strong... maybe too strong... Certainly a blue image (laughs) Is there another color? If there is a different color, I would like to try it. It's a high level, delicious drink to begin with😄. Noteworthy 😘.

I've always wanted to drink "Sentori Naturale". Let's trace back the roots of Sentori. It has a very rounded acidity, followed by umami. It is different from Sentori's clean and clear taste. It has a unique taste. This sake has a slightly mild and rounded umami, similar to the sake I drank before, such as mizu-hashiwazukuri and Bodai-hashiwazukuri. Delicious... I'm enjoying something close to the sake people used to drink! But Senkin is so versatile. But Senkin is a transformative brewer...

Nozomu" for the first time in a long time. And my first special Junmai Yakuei. It has a sharp acidity, sweetness, and umami. This is the image of a food sake. It's been a long time since I've tasted "Nozomu", but my impression of it has changed a bit! I had an image of a tight, slightly sparkling sake, but this is a little different 😉. But this is delicious!

I was able to return home unusually early, so I opened a bottle of "Shinsen" from my hometown, Komatsu City! It is a very clear sake. There is a hint of sweetness in the clearness! Delicious! No frills, straight up sake! Tonight I'm feeling and enjoying Komatsu, my hometown!

My brother and his wife came over. I opened a bottle of "Hanayuup" draft. My brother and his wife, who don't like to drink sake, roared at how good it was! They were moaning about how good it was! He also said, "This is great! It's true that there is something different from the usual Riku-Haneda. But if you ask me what the difference is, I can't say... maybe because I don't drink that much 😊. The taste is definitely not half bad 😗. Hanamup awesome😘.

It was recommended to me by a liquor store when I was in Ogaki on a business trip. I thought it was from Ogaki, but when I returned home, I saw the label and realized it was from Nagano Prefecture... Well, this is just another chance encounter 😄. While I was grilling okonomiyaki and tongue on the hot plate I opened the bottle. What is this? It's so delicious... It's a sweet, fruity, full-flavored sake, similar to the feeling of Hana Yuu. The gorgeous aroma is wonderful. Too delicious... and it wasn't the dish of the day 😁. I just wasn't expecting it... Surprise! This must be very popular!

Tetorigawa Daiginjo Meiryu" for my wife's birthday My parents sent this to my wife. To tell the truth, it is a choice of who is happy (lol). Thank you very much. We will enjoy it together! I opened the bottle with high expectations. It's a daiginjo, so the umami and sweetness are not half bad... And there is almost no miscellaneous taste... Too beautiful... And the fragrance. It's just right and gives a sense of refinement. Not too flashy, just right. And the sense of sake It is still there. Ah. It's still Tetorigawa.

My first "Meikyo Josui". I thought this was not a standard, but the bottle was beautiful, so I bought the jacket. The sweet fruity taste is followed by a mild acidity. The overall sweetness is like a Western-style sake! It's like a Western-style sake! Delicious! Stylish! I should have used a wine glass... By the way, "Ravian Rose" means "rosy life". I can put it so well 😄...

My first "Mutsu Hachisen". I had wanted to drink this wine since it was recommended by one of my seniors at work. I finally found it. It has a slightly strong acidity and a fruity taste. As is typical of hiyaoroshi, the acidity and umami are strong! I never thought I would be able to drink such a delicious sake with such a strong acidity... It is a special junmai, so it has some miscellaneous flavors, but I also feel it has a unique character... Perhaps this is not a standard type of Mutsu Hachisen... It is more like a Mutsu Hachisen with a strong personality... So much flavor. Aomori Prefecture, after all. Delicious! I would like to encounter another Mutsu Hachisen...

My first "Akabu". The fruity ginjo aroma is the best. Huh? Maybe it's similar to yesterday's SweetEmotion... Not as spicy as Sweet Emotion, but the aroma is wonderful. The soft umami is good. But the level is high. It's delicious!

Brewing Hanamup, another brand of Ryoseki Brewery Ryoseki Shuzo's other brand "Sweet Emotion It has a very fragrant and fruity taste, followed by a pleasantly spicy taste. Then comes a pleasant spiciness. It is spicier than Hanamup! And the good parts are still there! The aroma is just like Hanayuup. It is a beautiful sake! Delicious!

I wanted to drink "Chiebijin". From the sweet umami comes a pleasant spiciness and a good fruity feeling. The assertiveness is moderate, and it has a sprightly maidenly feeling.... It has a "graceful" feel to it. The name sense of "Chiebijin" is perfect! I can sense your sense~! Delicious!

I bought "Ayu Masamune" because it has a good name. I thought to myself, "Well, I've never had a sake with the name "Masamune" that didn't taste good! So I bought it and opened the bottle. It has a nice aroma, a little sourness, and a clean finish. There is no pungency. Delicious...this is good.
