Long time no see Sentori 😁✨. Fruity mouthfeel with a mild acidity that gives way to a smooth, mellow umami 😇. I don't know if this is the Oumachi sensation...not sure yet 😁 lol But it's delicious 🕺. I'm pairing it with roast pork today, but Sentori-sama goes well with western food too ✨. It's a great sake 👏!

It's been a while since I've had sake 🥰. Kamo Kanehide" was given to me. Mild acidity to pear-like flavor ✨Delicious 🥰. The first sake I've had in a while is a marriage made in heaven with seared Hine Chicken 😁. This is one that will pull me back into the sake swamp again 🥰✨. Good 😁

It's been a long time since I've been to Tedorigawa 😉. I had an image that Yamahai wasn't really my thing, but oh my 🤔 I don't dislike the unique sourness 😳I rather find it well balanced 😁👌👌. Maybe because it's Tetorigawa 😳? It was delicious 😙.

This year, I received a new sake from my father 🥰 "Keiryu". A gem from the Endo Sake Brewery, famous for its comet 😊. I immediately opened the bottle. Is it just me or does it seem a little spicier than last year's 🤔The aroma also seems a little weak... 🫠. This year's was a little different impression... 😄 It's good but it's still good 🥰. I'm sure I'll be able to enjoy the changes for a while 🗿.

Shinomine" after a long absence Shikamorokumaru🤭 My wife and kids contracted the flu and I've been nursing fatigue for a while now: 😮‍💨 Now that my family is feeling better, I opened the bottle a little bit of a flying 👌. Fruity flavor as usual. The perfect acidity is quintessential 👆 around the clear flavor as well. We are approaching our 300th bottle 🍶. It's fun to think about what to open 🍶.

My favorite one after a long time 👍😄 I've been using only Kikumasamune silver packets lately, so I've been saving them for cooking and fish dishes. I've been saving it for cooking and fish dishes 🐬. From the fruity aroma, it's a solid autumn flavor, but clear and clean. It is indeed an autumn flavor (hiyaoroshi), but it is not too mellow! Delicious😊✨

Okura for the first time in a long time And my favorite "Arabashiri" 😁. Open the bottle immediately! The finish is unexpectedly mellow and gives the impression of full-bodied weight. It's quite different from the image of Okura, but the fresh aroma and flavor unique to Arabashiri make it a delicious drink ✨. Great with tonight's savory dish of grilled veggies and thick fried tofu 🫡. Delicious👍 Okura is still awesome😁.

Bon" given to me by my brother. It is from Fukui, near my parents' home in Ishikawa Prefecture, so I thought I would be able to find it sometime without rushing... and then I did 😊. Opened the bottle with my wife. Very clear rice flavor. A gem full of beautiful sake flavor.  It doesn't have the trendy shwashy or tangy feeling, but it's delicious. It was a typical Hokuriku sake 😗.

Long time no see 😬. Not so good at yamahai😙👍 Open the bottle right away 👌 The acidity is typical of Yamahai, and then comes the umami like a full-bodied wine. It has a mellow taste 🥰. It doesn't have the recent piquancy, but it is a bottle that fits the expression "smoked silver" 🫡. Delicious 🍶.

Long time no post. Opened a bottle given to me by a local friend at my wife's birthday party😄. It has a soft sweet taste, and then it has a full of rice flavor and a beautifully soft cut. It is soft and delicious while keeping the sake feeling 😬👍. Nice 😘.

First "Tedorigawa" in a long time! This is my first Daiginjo-nama sake arabashiri 😙👌👌. I've put it to bed, as you can't go wrong with such a high spec one 😬🙏. Opened🍀. In addition to the ginjo aroma, this sake is soft and easy to drink with a slight bubbling from the gorgeous arabashiri aroma 🍶. Except it was less sweet in the second half than I expected 🤔. I'm not sure if it's my favorite Tetorigawa, but it raises my expectations and makes the point deduction system more strict 🤔🍀. Actually, it's very good 🤭👍.

The second "Tsushimaya". Purchased this bottle because a man at a liquor store in Ogaki recommended comparing it with Usunigori and also because it was a good Hachitanishiki. Soft sweetness to sizzling sweetness 😁. Tsushimaya might be bad, it's delicious 🤭. This series is also delicious 🤔

I found a bottle of Okura's "Kinzumi" and bought it 😄🙏🙏. Before opening it, I looked at the label on the back and saw "Polishing ratio 70%", Expecting a tasty type of sake from low milling 😤, I was caught off guard and opened the bottle with one hand 😜. The moment I removed the outer lid, the inner lid popped off and I was surprised 😂. I'm sorry, I was careless 😤. I was careless 😗. Wow! It's a low-pasteurized beer, but designed to be drunk mildly with a fizzy sensation. I wonder if it is...? The technique to make even the miscellaneous tastes sweet and drinkable is wonderful 😄Okura is doing a good job 😙. Delicious 😊.

Long time no see, "Noriguchi" from my hometown, Ishikawa Prefecture. The feeling of brewing leaves a good impression of sharpness, plus a strong umami 😙. It is a brewed sake with a technique to make you drink it well. It is different from the trendy light and crisp feeling, but it has this feeling and this deliciousness, and it asserts itself through its heavy bodied feeling. This is also possible... Delicious 🫡

While on a business trip, I bought a bottle of sake 🍶 recommended by a local liquor store owner. In addition to this "Miyamanishiki Junmai Ginjo Nama Usu Nigori", I bought another bottle of "Tsushimaya" to compare them 😄. First of all, "Miyamanishiki Junmai Ginjo Nama Usu Nigori"! A juicy sake with lots of sweetness 🍶. This one is delicious 🥹, and with the nigori, it's great 😜! Tsushimaya, I didn't know that but this is awesome😁. Tsushimaya, delicious😊.

Sogen Kenzan The taste is clean and clear with a sharpness that is typical of honjozo. The aftertaste has a good sense of being cut off by the fragrance. Sake-like flavor. I drank it cold, but it might be good as a heated sake.

I was able to buy a nice snapper. My most favorite "goose" 😉 LOL! The snapper was baked in the oven, fluffed up, and the kids enjoyed eating it 😙🤟🤟 My wife was in a great mood 😙👌.

Long time no see "Tedorigawa". And this is my favorite seasonal product 😊👍. I bought and drank this one a year ago at the same store 🤔. Looking forward to opening the bottle😁. It's been a while since I've had it but it tastes great 🤟🤟 It's a great tasting beer 😙🤟 from the fine bubbles to just the right amount of umami. It's a great balanced 😙. However, this time there was just a slight odor of alcohol. I was curious, so I looked at the records and found that last year it was opened in early May 🤨. I wonder if after bottling, fermentation progressed and the alcohol smell increased 🤔. In any case, I guess it is always difficult to make a constant sake. The timing of opening the bottle, the temperature at which it is kept, the temperature at which it is drunk, etc. also have an impact. I guess the temperature at the time of drinking also has an effect 🍀. The delicacy of it all is what makes it so fun and interesting. I think it's a deep world... 😉😉😉😉
