It was recommended to me by a liquor store when I was in Ogaki on a business trip.
I thought it was from Ogaki, but when I returned home, I saw the label and realized it was from Nagano Prefecture...
Well, this is just another chance encounter 😄.
While I was grilling okonomiyaki and tongue on the hot plate
I opened the bottle.
What is this? It's so delicious...
It's a sweet, fruity, full-flavored sake, similar to the feeling of Hana Yuu.
The gorgeous aroma is wonderful.
Too delicious... and it wasn't the dish of the day 😁.
I just wasn't expecting it... Surprise!
