My first "Mutsu Hachisen".
I had wanted to drink this wine since it was recommended by one of my seniors at work.
I finally found it.
It has a slightly strong acidity and a fruity taste.
As is typical of hiyaoroshi, the acidity and umami are strong!
I never thought I would be able to drink such a delicious sake with such a strong acidity...
It is a special junmai, so it has some miscellaneous flavors, but I also feel it has a unique character...
Perhaps this is not a standard type of Mutsu Hachisen... It is more like a Mutsu Hachisen with a strong personality...
So much flavor. Aomori Prefecture, after all.
