I bought "Ayu Masamune" because it has a good name.
I thought to myself, "Well, I've never had a sake with the name "Masamune" that didn't taste good! So I bought it and opened the bottle.
It has a nice aroma, a little sourness, and a clean finish. There is no pungency.
Delicious...this is good.
