Nozomu" for the first time in a long time.
And my first special Junmai Yakuei.
It has a sharp acidity, sweetness, and umami.
This is the image of a food sake.
It's been a long time since I've tasted "Nozomu", but my impression of it has changed a bit!
I had an image of a tight, slightly sparkling sake, but this is a little different 😉.
But this is delicious!
