Pindon! I hope it's ok. This label lol! I rather bought it because of this! And when I poured it... Pink! It doesn't disappoint. The aroma is not strong, just a hint of sourness. Now, what does it taste like? The alcohol content is a surprising 9.8 percent! It's under 10 per cent. Noooo! Sour! And sweet! Sour and sweet! Is this sake? There is no alcohol taste at all. It's low alcohol. Gubigubi, gubigubi! But no problem. It's low alcohol! I think it's a good drink for parley. Please enjoy it in such a situation.

The second gift. I checked and the price is quite reasonable. Thank you very much. I have never received this brand before. Oh! It has a sweet aroma, not too strong and not too weak. You can tell just by the aroma. The sweetness is just as good as the aroma, and it spreads in the mouth and disappears quickly. It is not sharp. When the sweetness disappears, the alcohol taste remains. It is not unpleasant. It is elegant. It is also easy to drink. If you are too drunk, you will drink it like water. Oh, thank goodness I'm not that drunk (what am I saying?). Thank you, thank you, thank you.

That's how I wrote my comment, but this sake feels more alcoholic as the temperature rises. Well, I guess that is the case with most sakes. I prefer it cold.

The first gift. I wonder how long it has been since I drank Otters. I know it tastes good and it is too major, so for some reason it is the No. 1 brand that I don't choose for myself. But.., Ah, it has a nice aroma. It has a sweet aroma. I like it (I know I do). The first touch is soft. Anyway, it is sweet! It is sweet from the beginning to the aftertaste. It is completely sugar water. But it is an elegant sugar water, so I can drink it. As one would expect from Otters. Moreover, it is called "beautifully intoxicating! I am not sure if it was beautifully intoxicating or not, but I drank it easily. It was the first time in a long time that I enjoyed it.

First time! The land of origin! I've wanted to drink it for years, but never encountered it. I looked it up and found that there are only a few places that sell it. That's right, I never encountered it. So, I bought it. Oh, the shipping cost is too high. Wow, the design is stylish. It looks very stylish. I opened the bottle without realizing it was unpasteurized sake. Pop! I heard a pretty loud sound. It was full of gas. The aroma is lactic acid. Or rather, it is strong. This is Yamadanishiki, right? When I sipped it First, gas! Then acidity and sweetness (not strong)! This is how it came to be! I had the impression that Hana-no-Kou was a sweet sake, but this is a different line. This is quite interesting. They must have worked very hard on the branding and the production. Whether you like it or not, I would like you to try it once! (To whom?). It has a kind of Shinsei feel to it. I would recommend this to sake beginners!

adako, nice to meet you and good evening😃. Congratulations on your first production ㊗️🍾. I think this BY is a bit drier with less sweetness overall. I would love for you to try our other specs such as Hozu with different sake rice ☺️🍶.

Hi Aladdin, nice to meet you. Thank you very much. I finally got a chance to drink. I see that there is also something called "Hobo Masu". The shipping cost is a bit of a pain, but I'll buy it when I find it.

Drink Comparison Series! I wanted to drink it once. Beautiful label lol ◾️ Butterfly Lady Sake rice: Yume Sarara Junmai Ginjo ◾️ Natsunokotobuki Sake Rice:Gohyakumangoku Junmai Ginjo Unfiltered Nama Sake But Mrs. Butterfly! I didn't wrap it! This is not allowed! To be honest, when I opened my mouth, it was too hard and I didn't like both in my opinion, so I took one drink and stopped. The next day, I shook the zesty sake bottle and mixed it with air, and OH! The Mrs.'s became fluffier and the alcohol aftertaste decreased. The Kotobuki was, ah, yes, like Gohyakumangoku. The Kotobuki has a refreshing taste, with a twang in the nose. The alcohol aftertaste was also reduced. The third day. I shook it again today. Hmmm, maybe I overdid it a bit? The second day might have been just right in my opinion. But I didn't like them both. I prefer labels lol.

It's been a long time since I've been to Omine. And the advent of summer. I used to drink like crazy for a while, but I drank too much and have been estranged from it lately. I know I like it. Oh, it has a lactic acidic aroma. I wonder if it was like this. When you take a sip, you can taste the sweetness and the sourness. Yes, sweet and sour. Sourness is more impressive than sweetness. Hmmm, is this the coming of summer? Because it is low in alcohol, it is easy to drink. When I notice it, it's already reduced to a third of its original volume. And the next day. It is today. The sourness has calmed down a little, and it seems to have become just the right amount of sweet and sour (according to our company's comparison). But I drank too much yesterday, so I only have a little bit.

It has been a long time since Hagi no Tsuru. And they say it is sweet-sweet. The aroma was a lactic acid smell, not a sweet-sweet aroma. But then..! Suddenly it was sweet! And then sweet! Finally, sweetness! And lactic acidity! The sweetness comes in three stages. It is truly a kijoshu. The label did not call it a kijoshu, but it said that sake was used as part of the brewing water, so I think it is safe to say that it is a kijoshu. It is sweeter than sugar water. This is good because it's all over the place. It was a treasure box of sweetness lol.

I bought this at a stylish liquor store called Anzai Shoten when I visited Kusatsu Onsen. They had a menu of three different kinds of sake, and one of them was "Kanto-no-Hana". This was my favorite. The fourth photo shows the three types of sake. However, the sake we drank in this comparison was a daiginjo, and this one was a ginjo-shu. Both are junmai. The Junmai Daiginjo was... too expensive and I didn't change it lol. If you visit this liquor store, please try it. So, this time's sake. Hmmm...! Hmmm! It is quite different from what I drank! Sour aroma. Take a sip... Hmm, it's different! It's still different. That's because it's a daiginjo and a ginjo, so it's different, but it's a little too different. I guess this was not to my taste... And the next day... There was still a lot of sake left, so it would be a waste if I didn't drink it. And when I drank it... What? It's somehow rounded. Even though it's only been a day! There is sweetness in the acidity, and it's refreshing and sharp. Arayada! This is good. Easy to drink. As expected of the Sei Shuzo brewery! (flip-flop) Maybe I should leave it for a week! I left it for a week. But that was too much lol. The second day was the best for me.

Zaku after a long time. It is wrapped in a burlap bag. Zaku likes this kind of thing, doesn't he? I am not sure, but it seems to have a meaning of "flint" associated with Yamamotakeru. Now, let's open the bottle. Please visit ......! Ah, Zaku! A strong aroma of "Zaku! Of course, it has a sweet aroma. It has a soft mouthfeel, and the sweetness is not as strong as expected. But, it quickly becomes sharp. It is a refreshing zakku. Zakka that does not betray expectations is very reliable. That's why the span of time to buy it is not so long (our comparison).

Sake no Wa v3 first post! Let's do a Hanayoshiki drinking comparison to commemorate the occasion. They are Miyamanishiki and Hachitan-nishiki. The aroma of Hachitan-nishiki is more gorgeous. It is plump and stronger than Miyamanishiki. Miyamanishiki has a weaker but delicate sweet aroma. Both have a pleasant sweetness on the palate, just like Hanayoshio. The Hachitan-Nishiki has a slight bitterness in the aftertaste. The bitterness or the alcohol taste is stronger. The two have the same alcohol content, but they are perceived differently. The Miyamanishiki has a longer lasting sweetness. If you drink them alone, they are perfect for each other. I think I prefer Miyamanishiki. It is nice to compare the two. And it's a good idea to compare them by opening them. What a luxury, luxury, luxury. I hope I can buy it again.

Camping sake after a long time. This time it's a cottage. It's easy, isn't it? Oops, not quite. Perhaps for the first time? Maybe. Monochrome. A sweet scent reminiscent of lychee. It's nice. The sweetness spreads softly in the mouth. There is gas! There is a slight bitterness in the aftertaste. There is a slight bitterness in the aftertaste, so it is not too sweet. It is easy to drink. Thanks to this, I woke up twice at night to go to the bathroom. I liked it very much.

It's not easy to buy one. This time, too, I was lucky enough to get a hit in the rattle-pon and was able to purchase it. Oh, I am so happy. I usually let it sit for a while, but since it is nigori sake, let's drink it. It's so pure white. Yes, the rice used for this sake is 66% Gohyakumangoku and 34% Yamadanishiki. I usually don't like Gohyakumangoku, so I don't buy it very often, but with Jikin, it's a different story lol. The aroma is neither too strong nor too weak. It is faintly milky. Even though it is so cloudy. The gas is tangy on the palate, and it is full-bodied and delicious! The aftertaste is a little pungent, like it comes from alcohol. If you were drunk, you probably wouldn't feel it. Hmmm, as expected of Jikin. I happened to have a bottle of this 2020 at a sake party I attended the other day, but I didn't like it so much because it tasted plump and full-bodied. So, I opened it to drink it soon! I opened it to drink it as soon as possible. I want to buy it again!

It is a bamboo tail. It has 17 degrees. Koei Kikupo aroma with the usual sourness. A bit milky too. It was laid down for the first time, but it has gas. It is not too strong and not too weak. Mellow sourness and sweetness spread in the mouth. The aftertaste is bitter. The alcohol content is high, but you don't feel it that much. It is quite easy to drink. Thanks to this, I fell asleep halfway through. It is not a good match for Take-no-o, but this one was easy to drink.

New Year's Day I opened this one because the first drink I opened tasted so bad, Usually I do my best to avoid using the word "tasteless" lol. I think it's because someone or something told me that I shouldn't use it for alcohol, which is a luxury item. But it really tasted bad. And this hana-yang-bathing, which I thought for sure, It tasted bad that day! And I am sorry. It wasn't that the alcohol tasted bad, it was my taste buds that were making me go crazy. I am so sorry. Two days have passed since then, and today is 1/3. Oh, oh, This is it, this is it. The sweetness spreads in the mouth with a pleasant taste, and a rich umami flavor. And I feel a slight bitterness in the aftertaste. I don't know what flavor it has, but I instinctively like it. But on New Year's Day, it tasted completely different. I learned another lesson. I learned that what you eat and drink together can change the taste so much. I could deeply feel that I am learning throughout my life. I have learned that the sake that I had dismissed as "not my favorite" is now the cause of my own problems. I thought that this might have been the reason for the sake I had dismissed as "not my favorite! It was the beginning of this year that made me want to try different kinds of alcohol in different situations.

Happy New Year! I thought it would be nice to have a happy New Year's drink, so I decided to have this one. I think I drank this the year before last. It looks like New Year's lol It is a Hachitan-Nishiki. It has a sweet aroma that I really like. It has a nice sweetness and a nice mouthfeel. And the gold dust is delicious! (Big lie). Shi-shi-shi... Second sip Tasteless! Bitter! What is this? Why? It's totally different from before! It's no good! I can't drink this on New Year's. I want something sweet. Oh yeah, there's a Hana-yang-yoku. ...... Mmm, it smells so good! This is it! ...Bitter! Mazu! No way! There's no way the hana-yori isn't sweet! It was then that I realized. Between the first and second sips of Eiko Fuji, I ate a "soft dried tomato" from the section. They were so sweet and delicious. I mean, I thought they were apricots until I saw the name of the product. This is probably the reason. So I gave up drinking sake on New Year's Day. And today! The second day! It's totally different from yesterday! There is a lot of lingering bitterness. But this is the bitterness of Hachitan-Nishiki, right? And there's not much richness either. Well, well, it's a happy looking sake... right?

And 1/3 Finally my taste buds have returned. Hmmm, the dreaded sweet stuff lol. I felt the same feeling I had on the first day...! There is not the slightest hint of the "tastelessness" I felt on the first day. It is a clear and sweet sake. It's a little thin, but (oh my god)...

Yesterday's was supposed to be the last one, but there was one more day in 2023 lol. Kouei Chrysanthemum, the series I had been sleeping on. This might be the first time I drank this. Kame-no-o 100 par. Aroma with lactic acidity. I don't really go well with Kame-no-o, but this one is not bad (cheeky). Sourness and a little sweetness spread in the mouth, and a little bitterness at the end. Overall sourness. I haven't had it recently, but I guess it's a bit like Shinsei, isn't it? I really can't afford it. I wonder what kind of sake we can expect in 2024.

I decided on Kimi for my last drink of the year! Thank you in 2023. This is the third year I have been drinking this brand, and this is the first time I have learned about it. I learned for the first time that the boxed type is fire-aged Nakadori and the bottle-only type is unfiltered Nama-shu! This time it was the bottled version. The aroma is... Yes, this one! A good one! A sweet aroma with just the right intensity. Is this lychee? I guess I don't need to drink it any more to like it! Well, let's drink it. Ah! Kore-kore! This is this! Just a hint of gas. The aroma in the mouth and nose is sweet. But there is a bitter taste in the aftertaste. If not for this, it might be Jyushiyo. But I am sure this is what makes it a Kangiku. It is a good one. If I can buy another bottle, I would like to buy it.

I realized that I had laid it down for three years. It seems I had bought two bottles at that time. And I read a post from three years ago that said it was better to let it sit. The aroma is somewhat lactic acidic. Not so strong. When you take a sip... It's smooth! Smooth! Fresh (it's a liquid!) A slight hint of gas is felt. The acidity spreads along with the sweetness. Perhaps it is mellower than it was three years ago. It seems to be mellower than three years ago. It is not to my taste as before, but it is easy to drink. However, this is I think this is the kind of wine that should not be kept for a long time. I will drink it as soon as possible.

This is the second bottle of Hiran. The label looks like wine or champagne. The koji rice is Yamadanishiki, and the kake rice is Nikkomaru. Nikomaru? It looks like edible rice. Let's drink it anyway. The aroma is weak and milky. When you swallow it, you will feel gas! And sourness! It is refreshing. On the second day, the gasiness weakens a little, The second day, the gassiness becomes a little weaker, and the bitterness from the sourness starts to kill it. I think I like it better if I let it sit a little longer, but it went on so smoothly that I ended up drinking it. I wrote "bitterness" but it is not a bad bitterness. I am not sure if I would buy it again because of the price. It might be good for some events. Sake is cheap, though.

It has been a long time since Eiko Fuji. I am not sure but it is with the first tank. You said you were not sure if you compared it with the second tank, so I bought only one of them, The rice is Tamanao, a sake rice I have never heard of. The aroma is weak and smoky. The taste is also smoky. The sweetness comes first. The sweetness comes first, and soon disappears along with the bitterness. It is refreshing and easy to drink. I have an image of Eiko Fuji being sweet, but this is not so sweet. I feel a little betrayed, but that's a good thing.
