That's right, I never encountered it. So, I bought it. Oh, the shipping cost is too high. Wow, the design is stylish. It looks very stylish. I opened the bottle without realizing it was unpasteurized sake. Pop! I heard a pretty loud sound. It was full of gas. The aroma is lactic acid. Or rather, it is strong. This is Yamadanishiki, right? When I sipped it First, gas! Then acidity and sweetness (not strong)! This is how it came to be! I had the impression that Hana-no-Kou was a sweet sake, but this is a different line. This is quite interesting. They must have worked very hard on the branding and the production. Whether you like it or not, I would like you to try it once! (To whom?). It has a kind of Shinsei feel to it. I would recommend this to sake beginners!
