It has been a long time since Hagi no Tsuru.
And they say it is sweet-sweet.
The aroma was a lactic acid smell, not a sweet-sweet aroma.
But then..!
Suddenly it was sweet!
And then sweet!
Finally, sweetness! And lactic acidity!
The sweetness comes in three stages.
It is truly a kijoshu.
The label did not call it a kijoshu, but it said that sake was used as part of the brewing water, so I think it is safe to say that it is a kijoshu.
It is sweeter than sugar water.
This is good because it's all over the place.
It was a treasure box of sweetness lol.
