I thought I would not be able to drink it this year, but there was only one bottle left at the liquor store. It is an orikagami. It is Yamada-Nishiki. It has a sweet aroma with a hint of sourness. It is good. The gasiness comes, then the sweetness, then the spiciness from the alcohol... I don't know if it is good or not, Then comes the spiciness from the alcohol...I don't know if it can be called spiciness or not. It is good. The aroma on the nose is also sweet. It is good. On the second day, the gas is a bit weaker, so I give it to you and you will like it. But..., I regret that I drank most of it on the first day because it was too easy to drink lol.

It has been a long time. Hiran. Oh? Ginjo? Daiginjo? There is no description. I checked on the Internet and found that it is Junmai-Namaishige, and it is 55%. Is this the type of sake that is not written on the label? But I think it was written on the label at the liquor store. The aroma is subdued. When you take a sip, you first taste the acidity, followed by a moderate sweetness. Mmmm. It tastes like hiran. It is the taste I was looking for. Since it is a sake yeast yeast yeast, I was a bit wary of it, but it is a refreshing taste. I am not good at sake making and Yamahai (yes, you didn't hear that right). This is easy to drink. It is easy to drink. I wonder how it will be after some time. Let's save the rest for the weekend.

I've had it in the past, I think this is the first time I have recovered the title. Kangiku has a sense of security. And the label is stylish. Of course, it is good to say that it is a Japanese sake! is of course good, but fashionable labels have a different quality. I don't need to say this now. And the taste... Hmmm..! Watery! I usually don't use this word in a good way, but this is watery in a good way. What is that? What is this? It's very monochrome! I felt it was very monochrome. It is watery with a slight gassy feeling! Of course, it has a sweetness that is typical of chrysanthemum. As the temperature rises, it becomes richer. If you want, on the second day, the wateriness disappears and you can feel the richness. Both are good. However, to feel the monochrome, it must be properly chilled and drunk with the mouth open! I think this is it.

We went to the 10/1 sake go-around. We visited Izayoi in Nakano, Tokyo, and had a variety of sake from Machida Sake Brewery. Here is the first sake! It is a limited edition sake, so all the specs are undisclosed! The brewer was there and explained to us about the sake. But he didn't tell us the specs. However, as is typical of Machida Sake Brewery, it was a sweet sake and did not disappoint. We were served all the other sakes except for the two premium ones, which were served semi-forcibly because of the crowd (we came back again later, but that's another story). It was my first time attending a sake go-around, and it seems that the style is basically to have one drink and go to the next restaurant. I thought I might try that next year.

It's my birthday and I have a drink of my choice. I realized that I had kept it for more than a year. I prefer sweet sake. Hanaabi + Yamadanishiki I can only smell the aroma of my favorite sake. I can already tell from the aroma. Oh! This strong sweet aroma! It does not disappoint! And then You can feel the smooth sweetness, and it spreads without unpleasantness. The aroma that passes through the nose is also gently sweet. I knew it wouldn't disappoint! Oh, thank goodness I saved it until today. It is unfiltered raw sake, but there is no gassy feeling. Is it gassy? But that's fine in my opinion. It was a good birthday 😆.

Ken Aizan...there is such a sake rice? It is a strong-looking Aiyama. I looked it up and it seems to be read as "Tsurugi Aiyama". I am glad I looked it up before talking to someone. I thought it was "Ken". Although it was said to be careful about opening the bottle, I opened it with a pop without any particular problem. The aroma is a bit like that of chrysanthemum, but with more sweetness. Then I took a sip, It was sweet! It spread in the mouth and became even sweeter! The aftertaste is also long and sweet! It is sweet. However, there is also a lingering bitterness from the alcohol. The gas is very slightly carbonated. This, this, this! This is the sweetness that is associated with Kangiku. For me! Needless to say, it was a true strike.

It's that time of year already. Though it is still hot. The owner recommended me to try "Hiyoroshi" (hiya oroshi). And it might be the first time I bought Yuki no Bijin. The aroma has a strong sense of lactic acidity. I think there have been a lot of this type of sake recently. As the aroma suggests, the acidity spreads in the mouth pleasantly. It is smooth and goes down smoothly. It is easy to drink. I thought it was yeast No. 6, but when I looked it up, I found out that it is yeast No. 14. It is labeled as Aizan Koji, but it does not taste like Aizan. I think the person who can blindly recognize it as Aizan must be quite good. I am not confident about my taste buds, lol.

I buy them when I find them. Chrysanthemum. There are many kinds of chrysanthemums, so I don't really know what they are, but I feel that they don't deviate from my taste, so it's a safe choice. It has an aroma of lactic acid, but it is not so strong. And It is soft and sweet in the mouth, but not too sweet, just the right amount of sweetness. The aroma that passes into flowers is also nice and a little sweet. Some gasiness and alcohol-derived bitterness in the aftertaste. I prefer the usual sweetness, but this is not bad. It has a sense of security that there are no outliers. It is wonderful.

It was served as the first toast at a certain sake party. A cloudy sparring. It was the perfect sake for a toast. It has a shwashy and sweetness that is typical of Genmai, and yes, it is a Genmai sake. After that, we had the sake in the fourth picture. The toji (master brewer) also came to the party and we had a very meaningful time listening to his stories. However, except for this first toast, I felt that the sweetness typical of Genmai was a little subdued. Perhaps my expectations were too high, or perhaps I had changed my image of Genmai in my memory because I had not had it recently. I have not been able to find it recently because of its popularity, but I would like to try it next time I come across it.

It's been a long time since I've had a new policy. I can't buy any more at all here. Well, well... I don't go around looking for it like I used to do, so I don't encounter it as a matter of necessity. But I found it on the hotel menu, I found it on the hotel menu, so I ordered a bottle anyway (yes, it turned out to be an expensive purchase). The kind waitress brought it to me with ice. Ah, ah, it's been a long time. The aroma was tart, with a hint of lactic acidity that I didn't like. But...! But, but...! When you take a sip, you feel sourness and sweetness, followed by lactic acidity, milky and some gasiness! Milky and a little gassy. Ugh...delicious! It is well preserved! S-type is so delicious! I have not often used the word "delicious" to describe my impressions, but this is delicious! And it goes well with Japanese food! I wonder if you could make it a little easier to find? Don't be so stuck-up (that's my personal opinion), please think about it a little more, Shinmasa Shuzo!

This is the first time for me to have a Hanamup in a four-pack bottle. It's been a long time since I've had Hanamup itself. After all, it's hard to drink a bottle at home. Thank you for the four-pack! The sweet aroma tickles my nostrils a little. And the first sip... It's a bit bitter! Something bitter! Something hard. I shook the bottle. Yes, I shook the bottle so hard that it was already bubbling. Then, what do you think? It feels a little rounded. The sweetness comes in, and then the bitterness hits you immediately. The bitterness lingers in the aftertaste. The bitterness of Omachi is prominent in this sake. It could be a little sweeter.

Pindon! I hope it's ok. This label lol! I rather bought it because of this! And when I poured it... Pink! It doesn't disappoint. The aroma is not strong, just a hint of sourness. Now, what does it taste like? The alcohol content is a surprising 9.8 percent! It's under 10 per cent. Noooo! Sour! And sweet! Sour and sweet! Is this sake? There is no alcohol taste at all. It's low alcohol. Gubigubi, gubigubi! But no problem. It's low alcohol! I think it's a good drink for parley. Please enjoy it in such a situation.

The second gift. I checked and the price is quite reasonable. Thank you very much. I have never received this brand before. Oh! It has a sweet aroma, not too strong and not too weak. You can tell just by the aroma. The sweetness is just as good as the aroma, and it spreads in the mouth and disappears quickly. It is not sharp. When the sweetness disappears, the alcohol taste remains. It is not unpleasant. It is elegant. It is also easy to drink. If you are too drunk, you will drink it like water. Oh, thank goodness I'm not that drunk (what am I saying?). Thank you, thank you, thank you.

The first gift. I wonder how long it has been since I drank Otters. I know it tastes good and it is too major, so for some reason it is the No. 1 brand that I don't choose for myself. But.., Ah, it has a nice aroma. It has a sweet aroma. I like it (I know I do). The first touch is soft. Anyway, it is sweet! It is sweet from the beginning to the aftertaste. It is completely sugar water. But it is an elegant sugar water, so I can drink it. As one would expect from Otters. Moreover, it is called "beautifully intoxicating! I am not sure if it was beautifully intoxicating or not, but I drank it easily. It was the first time in a long time that I enjoyed it.

First time! The land of origin! I've wanted to drink it for years, but never encountered it. I looked it up and found that there are only a few places that sell it. That's right, I never encountered it. So, I bought it. Oh, the shipping cost is too high. Wow, the design is stylish. It looks very stylish. I opened the bottle without realizing it was unpasteurized sake. Pop! I heard a pretty loud sound. It was full of gas. The aroma is lactic acid. Or rather, it is strong. This is Yamadanishiki, right? When I sipped it First, gas! Then acidity and sweetness (not strong)! This is how it came to be! I had the impression that Hana-no-Kou was a sweet sake, but this is a different line. This is quite interesting. They must have worked very hard on the branding and the production. Whether you like it or not, I would like you to try it once! (To whom?). It has a kind of Shinsei feel to it. I would recommend this to sake beginners!

Drink Comparison Series! I wanted to drink it once. Beautiful label lol ◾️ Butterfly Lady Sake rice: Yume Sarara Junmai Ginjo ◾️ Natsunokotobuki Sake Rice:Gohyakumangoku Junmai Ginjo Unfiltered Nama Sake But Mrs. Butterfly! I didn't wrap it! This is not allowed! To be honest, when I opened my mouth, it was too hard and I didn't like both in my opinion, so I took one drink and stopped. The next day, I shook the zesty sake bottle and mixed it with air, and OH! The Mrs.'s became fluffier and the alcohol aftertaste decreased. The Kotobuki was, ah, yes, like Gohyakumangoku. The Kotobuki has a refreshing taste, with a twang in the nose. The alcohol aftertaste was also reduced. The third day. I shook it again today. Hmmm, maybe I overdid it a bit? The second day might have been just right in my opinion. But I didn't like them both. I prefer labels lol.

It's been a long time since I've been to Omine. And the advent of summer. I used to drink like crazy for a while, but I drank too much and have been estranged from it lately. I know I like it. Oh, it has a lactic acidic aroma. I wonder if it was like this. When you take a sip, you can taste the sweetness and the sourness. Yes, sweet and sour. Sourness is more impressive than sweetness. Hmmm, is this the coming of summer? Because it is low in alcohol, it is easy to drink. When I notice it, it's already reduced to a third of its original volume. And the next day. It is today. The sourness has calmed down a little, and it seems to have become just the right amount of sweet and sour (according to our company's comparison). But I drank too much yesterday, so I only have a little bit.

It has been a long time since Hagi no Tsuru. And they say it is sweet-sweet. The aroma was a lactic acid smell, not a sweet-sweet aroma. But then..! Suddenly it was sweet! And then sweet! Finally, sweetness! And lactic acidity! The sweetness comes in three stages. It is truly a kijoshu. The label did not call it a kijoshu, but it said that sake was used as part of the brewing water, so I think it is safe to say that it is a kijoshu. It is sweeter than sugar water. This is good because it's all over the place. It was a treasure box of sweetness lol.

I bought this at a stylish liquor store called Anzai Shoten when I visited Kusatsu Onsen. They had a menu of three different kinds of sake, and one of them was "Kanto-no-Hana". This was my favorite. The fourth photo shows the three types of sake. However, the sake we drank in this comparison was a daiginjo, and this one was a ginjo-shu. Both are junmai. The Junmai Daiginjo was... too expensive and I didn't change it lol. If you visit this liquor store, please try it. So, this time's sake. Hmmm...! Hmmm! It is quite different from what I drank! Sour aroma. Take a sip... Hmm, it's different! It's still different. That's because it's a daiginjo and a ginjo, so it's different, but it's a little too different. I guess this was not to my taste... And the next day... There was still a lot of sake left, so it would be a waste if I didn't drink it. And when I drank it... What? It's somehow rounded. Even though it's only been a day! There is sweetness in the acidity, and it's refreshing and sharp. Arayada! This is good. Easy to drink. As expected of the Sei Shuzo brewery! (flip-flop) Maybe I should leave it for a week! I left it for a week. But that was too much lol. The second day was the best for me.
