Snow Woman 2021.12 Summer's Edge 11.11.2022 Natsu no otoshi 2024.11 I will release the stock and compare them. I thought they were the same series with different names, but they are not. Yuki-Onna has a sourness, while Natsu no Otogiri has a gaseous and sweet taste, so they are different. That is how I felt when I compared the supernatant. I am sure that there is no difference between the two even when the top clearings were mixed. Yuki-Onna has acidity and rice flavor. I don't feel so much gas. It might be the passage of time. The post-ripening was a little less than in summer. Summer 2022 and 2024 are younger than 2024, so the gas is stronger. When I opened the bottle, I could feel the gas! When opened, the 2024 had a strong gassy feeling. The 2022 was a little mellower. This may be a preconceived notion. There is no big difference between the two. I think it is a wonderful construction. If I had to choose which one I prefer, I would say 2022, which has a little less gas. But I think 2024 will have the same taste after the same amount of time has passed, so there is no big difference between the two. I thought it would be risky to let it sit for so long because of the "Yuki-Onna" flavor, but there was no problem at all. It is wonderful in its own way!

This is the first Rokunoh brewery. It is labeled with a paisley pattern as usual. The aroma is milky, with a lactic acid feeling. It is also milky with a sense of gas! Yes, this is X (our comparison). The aftertaste is also milky, but at the end you can also feel the spiciness from the alcohol. It is easy to drink, and at a low alcohol content of 13 degrees, it is easy to drink. The price is quite expensive, so you might think that a Ninoh Brewery would be better, but it's a good idea to try it once. I wanted to try it at least once. I would like to compare them next time. But I wanted to try it at least once! But I wanted to try it at least once.

Tasake (rice wine) after a long time. What a fancy label. Nebuta! The old lady at the liquor store said, "You brought a nice one! This was good!" She raised the bar. The aroma that rises up, yes! Just the way I like it! A sweet lychee? (I'm not sure). It is mouthwateringly sweet, yet light! Lightness that you wouldn't think it was 16 degrees. Watery in a good sense! It has a flavor that is not flabby. The next day The next day I only let it sit for a day, but it feels richer and rounder. I prefer the second day. It has been a long time, but it is quintessential.

It is a jacket purchase. I thought it was Chiba, but it was Saga. 100% Yamada Nishiki I wonder if cheese or something else would be good as a snack. So I opened the bottle. Nuh-uh! Sourness! What is this? When you take a sip, the sweetness comes in. And the aftertaste is savory, smoky, or mellow. This aftertaste is not my favorite. But I guess this is its characteristic. I don't like it, but I can't help but keep drinking. I guess when you get drunk, your senses become dull and you don't care about the lingering aftertaste. I notice it's pretty much gone lol.

Summer's coming and going drinking comparison. Three mermaids! The stockers are getting overwhelmed and I must digest them soon. 2022 2023 2024 No one this year lol. Only 2022 has a frequency of 12.5 and the others are 13%. It is a low alcohol. Sake rice is 100% Yamadanishiki. Before I get drunk, let me write a review. First, the aroma. 2022 has a very light (hmmm, vocabulary...), 2023 has a hint of watermelon, and 2024 has the sweetest aroma. Taste. The older the wine, the more acidic it tasted, and the newer the sweeter. Is it safe to say that the correct aging had taken place? I think my preference would be 2024 - ohmine is probably more correct to drink immediately. In my opinion. But 2022 was soft and mellow, so not bad at all. And I am confident that if shuffled I would surely not be able to tell the difference lol (I have a stupid tongue). I can't tell when I'm already drunk. I've opened three bottles, so it's an ohmine festival for the time being.

Two weeks after opening the bottle. I drank the 2022. It's great. I like it very much! The balance of softness, acidity, and sweetness is wonderful. Now is the best time to drink it! It's so great! But if you leave it for next week, it probably won't be as good.

I bought it in Hakata by accident and couldn't send it by cool courier service (there was heavy snow at the time I bought it and traffic was at a standstill), so I had to look around for a soft cooler. No, you would buy it, right? If I found it, I would buy it! So, I opened it. What's "Kako"? It seems to read "Kabashiko. I heard they reprinted a native species...Huh? Should I have let it rest? The aroma is, hmmm. Alcoholic and lactic acidic. When you get drunk, you only feel the lactic acidity, but at first I also felt the alcohol. And when I swallowed... OH, THE NYUSAN! The aroma in the nose is also lactic. I am not sure about the difference in rice used for sake, but it is like a native soil (what's that?). So, I still feel No. 6. Whatever it is... Please make it easier to buy lol

It's been a while. I have not lost any weight at all, so I have tried to cut down on alcohol. I feel like I am feeling better. My weight did not change much, though. And I drank sake for the first time in about two months. I had a feeling that I liked this brand the last time I drank it. The aroma was cool. There is a sense of alcohol. Yes, it is hard. I think I prefer it at room temperature rather than cold. Let's take out the bottle and let it acclimate. As it blended in, the aroma became more alcoholic. The mouthfeel has improved, but you feel the alcohol is stronger than the 15% alcohol content. You will feel the pungency derived from it and get a kick out of it. It is not to my taste, but it is not bad. It is easy to match with food. I looked at the label and saw that it was 100% Yamadanishiki. If you have this preconceived notion, you may be betrayed for sure. Sake is interesting.

Long time no see, Sara. I can't convert it, so I used katakana. The slanting label seems to be very unusual. It is a good point of view. Unfortunately, it was properly chilled, so the cork didn't fly out. The aroma is zingy...no, it also has a hint of sweetness. It is quite a complex aroma. The mouthfeel is soft. The sweetness comes first, but then you feel the spiciness. I wonder if the alcohol content of 16% is responsible for this (what is this expression? lol). It's like you don't get tired of drinking it. For me, the second day was a bit rounder and I liked it better. However, I would prefer it to be a little lower in alcohol content.

This is my first project in a long time. I had been curious about it, but had not yet purchased it. I had no prior knowledge of it. But when I looked at the label, I saw that the alcohol content was 6 percent! Is it beer? It's so low alcohol. It's a bit of an omission. I mixed it well and drank it. Hmmm, lactic acid aroma. It is not strong. When you take a sip... Oh! Lactic acid juice! You can't feel alcohol. It is refreshing and light. You can gobble it up. But it's only 6 percent, so you don't have to worry. I see that Sanuki Kuraudai is such a kind of sake. That's interesting.

I bought it in Hakata (joy! But I can't send it by cool takkyubin...! Snowy asshole! But I can't usually buy it, I have no choice but to buy it! The lady at the liquor store said, "You can't buy it unless you meet the right person! And she's trying to get me to buy it... lol! Okay, I'll buy a cooler bag! I'll buy a cold bag. It's the first day of a three-day, two-night trip, and I'm going to put ice in it to keep it cool! And I did my best to bring it back. Ahhh, milky! What a lactic acidic aroma. And the acidity and gasiness as expected. The aftertaste is clean, and the aroma through the nose is milky. The low alcohol content makes it easy to drink, and you won't get tired of drinking it. Please sell it more normally! LOL! I like sweetness, but this sourness is addictive. It's like Shinsei (our company's comparison). Yes, it is!

This sake seems to be highly recommended by the liquor stores that carry it. I am not sure, but it is said to be highly concentrated. I think the brewer mentioned this before when he visited the liquor store, and it is also written on the label. This sake is classified as a low alcohol sake at 13 degrees, but what do you think? The rice-like aroma gives a sense of high concentration (appropriate). It has a good mouthfeel (I say this a lot, it's a pattern), with sweetness and acidity, and disappears crisply. It is refreshing and easy to drink. I am not sure about the high concentration, but it is a sake that can be drunk easily. Not tired of drinking? Thanks to this, I drank 60% of it. It may be recommended for sake beginners. Sake? Sake? That's what I thought.

Popular these days? I remember drinking it a few years ago, but I didn't have a strong impression of it at the time. I remember drinking it some years ago, but at the time I did not have a particularly strong impression of it. But this time As soon as I opened the bottle, the aroma was strong. It has a sweet aroma with a slight scent of rice. It is sweet with a soft mouthfeel. There is a slight rice flavor in the aftertaste. This is good! I like it! I like it. The label is a bit too cool, but I think I may have found another favorite in Chiba. I heard that you can tour the brewery, so if you are ever in the area, I would definitely like to drop by. I heard the brewery owner is a young man. I think I'll go there next time I go camping.

I have only raised Kangiku recently. This is the one I opened at the beginning of the year, but I didn't raise that one for some reason, although it is different from the one I was drinking over the new year. By the way, it is Kuroryu. And here it is. The label is somewhat happy. It looks like New Year's. It brought back memories of drinking it last year when I paid a visit to the shrine for the first time. Oh, it smells so good! I know I've been drinking it since the end of the Hakone Ekiden (relay race). It's my favorite aroma. And, ah! Delicious! But after the second sip, I feel very ricey. Both the aroma and the taste. Rice! What is this? I wonder if Hashu Honor is a daiginjo, but it has such a ricey feeling. But I am drunk, so there is no problem. So, what will it taste like on the second day?

At our annual year-end camp, I have been choosing this drink recently. The naming is good. Thank you 2024! The aroma as soon as the bottle is opened! Thank you! LOL! The aroma is my favorite as usual batch. Sweet aroma. Hmmm, pear? Does it fit? The sweetness spreads gently on the palate, It disappears. I like it so much that I laugh! However, from the second sip, I feel a lingering bitterness. Is it because it is Omachi? I didn't feel it at all in the first sip, but I started to feel it after the second sip. However, I don't dislike it. Thank you! I hope to drink it again next year.

A little expensive cold chrysanthemum. I came here to buy 39, but they didn't have any, so I bought this one. One bottle per group. Kangiku is also a popular brand. I was going to put it down for a while, but I ran out of sake, so I decided to drink it. The aroma is the usual Kangiku aroma. It has a sweet aroma. I was a little tipsy, but I laughed when I drank it (I was completely drunk). It is a perfect match. Sweet but not too sweet. It is very slightly carbonated. There is a bitter aftertaste, but it is not too sweet. 100% Aizan It's good! I want to go buy another bottle!

It's been a while. Daiginjo was too expensive lol. I tried Junmai Ginjo. The aroma is a little bit ricey. Not strong. Soft on the palate. full-bodied! Delicious! Sourness from sweetness. A little bitterness at the end. Very easy to drink. I drank too much and about 80% of it was gone. This is a dangerous one.

This is my first Purple Space. When I was holding it in my hand, the manager of the liquor store told me, "It's fruity! In case you're wondering, it's made by a female master brewer. Thank you. Since it was in this state, I couldn't put it back and bought it. I am not a fan of Gohyakumangoku, so I was like, "Ugh! but I had no choice. The aroma is not strong. It is soft and sweet on the palate, but then the bitterness spreads while the fullness is felt. I am not a fan of Ihyakumangoku, but it is not bad (from a superior perspective). I would like to try other sake.

I thought I would not be able to drink it this year, but there was only one bottle left at the liquor store. It is an orikagami. It is Yamada-Nishiki. It has a sweet aroma with a hint of sourness. It is good. The gasiness comes, then the sweetness, then the spiciness from the alcohol... I don't know if it is good or not, Then comes the spiciness from the alcohol...I don't know if it can be called spiciness or not. It is good. The aroma on the nose is also sweet. It is good. On the second day, the gas is a bit weaker, so I give it to you and you will like it. But..., I regret that I drank most of it on the first day because it was too easy to drink lol.

It has been a long time. Hiran. Oh? Ginjo? Daiginjo? There is no description. I checked on the Internet and found that it is Junmai-Namaishige, and it is 55%. Is this the type of sake that is not written on the label? But I think it was written on the label at the liquor store. The aroma is subdued. When you take a sip, you first taste the acidity, followed by a moderate sweetness. Mmmm. It tastes like hiran. It is the taste I was looking for. Since it is a sake yeast yeast yeast, I was a bit wary of it, but it is a refreshing taste. I am not good at sake making and Yamahai (yes, you didn't hear that right). This is easy to drink. It is easy to drink. I wonder how it will be after some time. Let's save the rest for the weekend.

I've had it in the past, I think this is the first time I have recovered the title. Kangiku has a sense of security. And the label is stylish. Of course, it is good to say that it is a Japanese sake! is of course good, but fashionable labels have a different quality. I don't need to say this now. And the taste... Hmmm..! Watery! I usually don't use this word in a good way, but this is watery in a good way. What is that? What is this? It's very monochrome! I felt it was very monochrome. It is watery with a slight gassy feeling! Of course, it has a sweetness that is typical of chrysanthemum. As the temperature rises, it becomes richer. If you want, on the second day, the wateriness disappears and you can feel the richness. Both are good. However, to feel the monochrome, it must be properly chilled and drunk with the mouth open! I think this is it.
