It's that time of year already.
Though it is still hot.
The owner recommended me to try "Hiyoroshi" (hiya oroshi).
And it might be the first time I bought Yuki no Bijin.
The aroma has a strong sense of lactic acidity.
I think there have been a lot of this type of sake recently.
As the aroma suggests, the acidity spreads in the mouth pleasantly.
It is smooth and goes down smoothly.
It is easy to drink.
I thought it was yeast No. 6, but when I looked it up, I found out that it is yeast No. 14.
It is labeled as Aizan Koji, but it does not taste like Aizan. I think the person who can blindly recognize it as Aizan must be quite good. I am not confident about my taste buds, lol.

Hi Jay & Nobby.
The label is fashionable too, but the font on the back label was imho a bit too much lol I'd like to try the other sake.
